After her session with Dr. Young, Marty feels she may have leverage on Miles. As her health continues to go downhill, Nash and Jessica are married. Bo gives Rex permission to investigate Kirk's death. Dorian confronts David. Jessica's heart stops and is rushed into surgery. Bo is enraged at what David has done. Finding no one in the storage room, Blair calls John for help. Miles receives advice from Spencer and drives off with Todd in the trunk of Marty's car. John formulates a plan to use David to find Spencer's real killer. David, meanwhile, iritates John by saying that the cop has feelings for Marty. Cole lies to John, who puts out an APB on Miles. Sarah is questions by John and opens up to Rex about her personal life. At a traffic stop, John is disappointed to find Miles' trunk empty. Cole nearly tells Marty that he knows what she did. Miles keeps Todd sedated, while Blair begins her own search for him. Britney believes she have found what she needs to get even with Cole. Todd wakes up.
