LOL! Good question. He did say to Natalie that he'd been making some inroads with Layla lately, and he didn't want to screw that up, so he refused Nat's invitation to go on a date.

Other than that, there wasn't really any event that drew tham back together. One day they were friendly again. Then again, I could very easily have missed something. I haven't been paying that much attention to OLTL since the fire and rain sex.

I think because he has been so supportive of her, with Vangie in the come and she said she realizes life is too short, so they kinda hooked up again.

sadly they have backed off the vincent/natalie pairing which quite frankly i preferred. they started edging them back together & the connection got stronger when evangaline was injured.

Yeah, I thought they were gonna do Vincent and Natalie myself. Someone must have gotten cold feet in the writers department.
