Lots of crazies out there! Nope - no way would I do that! I'm afraid of heights, anyway.
My middle son, the one who can't seem to stay in one place for very long, the same kid who just got back from Denver and is leaving on Monday for Sweden and Germany (jazz gigs) did some sky diving and hang-gliding when he was in New Zealand, though. I guess being a fraidy-cat isn't hereditary.
I dont think it is either. Because my sister is just dying to go jump out of an airplane and me, you would have to push me in order to get me out of a perfectly good airplane when its still in the air
You are asking ME, the person who is about to have a nervous collapse about flying to Arizona in a regular AIRPLANE, if I would attach myself to balloons, and fly up into eternity in a LAWNCHAIR???
You want an actual answer???
Okay, fine. I'll answer you...
[Scroll down for answer. HUGE spoiler coming!]

I'm afraid of heights, don't know why, and I also dislike flying. Used to love it when I was younger. Not sure how I got to be such a chicken! I mean the statistics show that air travel is safe. Safer than driving. Planes fly over my house every day and make it to their destination just fine. I wonder if hypnosis would help. I wonder if the library would have something!
