As usual just trying to keep you in the loop when ever a new script is released by ABC. This one is for the role of a motel manager. Below is a summary of this brief audition scene. Gives us a little insight into Jared (who will be involved with Natalie, Nash & Jessica).

The scene opens in a motel with Jared (new character coming) talking about how shocked he is to learn that Asa Buchanan is dead. The motel manager looks up and asks if Jared was some sort of admirer. Jared says "something like that". The manager talks about what a great man Asa was. How nice it would be to have that kind of money. Jared asks him why he doesn't have money if he really wanted it. That you can have anything you set your mind on. The manager kind of rolls his eyes and asks Jared to let him know when he sees that kind of opportunity come around. Jared says that he already has. The manager tells him that he doesn't care as long as he gets his money at the end of each week. Jared says not to worry. That he will be rolling in money very soon as he takes out a bio on Asa and studies it. Scene ends.

So be prepared for Jared the grifter with a secret buried underneath that charming exterior to be coming to a screen near us very soon.
