* Dr. Hottie gets himself in hot water as one of his patients asks him to tend to her most recent plastic surgery.
* Jason is given community service and he begins working at GH as a janitor.
* Toussaint becomes Jason's mentor and introduces him to the concept of mopping floors.
* Epiphany is not pleased to hear her son Stan is behind the nurse's strike at the hospital. However, when Stan tries to make inroads to a reconciliation and gain the respect of his mother, it doesn't go as he planned.
* When a mishap occurs, it's Ms. Sneed who is admitted as a patient to the hospital.
* Dr. Russell thinks the hospital is cursed when Dr. Leo nearly performs an unnecessary surgery on an appendicitis patient.
