Tess, the beach is in the north eastern part of Australia, taken before Nick left the area for south east Asia. The plan is to spend the better part of the next two months in Cambodia and Laos, then return to Darwin as a starting point for Perth and western Oz.

The kids are having money concerns at this point, although SE Asia is so much cheaper, we shall see. They seem to be very resourceful!

It's so nice being able to do that here. My family was absolutely paranoid about posting pics on the internet, but at this little board it feels like family anyway.

Nick's in the process of editing a new video but says You Tube is banned in Thailand so he can't post it until he reaches Cambodia. I just hope it isn't as "expressive" as his last one, but I'll share it anyway. Right now he and Laura are languishing on a beach in Koh Chang, an island off the west coast of Thailand. They're meeting up with some friends in Cambodia at the end of the month, then on to Laos for August.
