I guess I should have included the whole article, they think these are "dry runs" by terrorist trying to see what they can get away with. At least that was my take on scanning the article.
they do think that they are dry runs. Which in my mind makes me happy that they were stopped. That means that the security at our airports isnt as bad as some people say. If thats what they are finding then I have no problems waiting to get through
