(SoapOperaNetwork.com) -- Next week, Olga Vilner will debut as Irina, Jerry's former love who is set on getting revenge.
SON has confirmed that Olga Vilner will be debuting as Irina, next week on "General Hospital." Her character has returned to get revenge on her former true love, Jerry Jacks (Sabastian Roche.) Their relationship ended when Jerry sat by and did nothing while Irina was shot by the men who held Jerry captive.
Olga Vilner is new to Daytime, but she has been seen frequently in Primetime. Her guest spots include "NYPD Blue" (ABC,) "ER" (NBC,) "Angel" (WB,) and also on NBC's hit "Las Vegas." She has also lend her voice to "SOCOM II: U.S. Navy SEALs," in 2003 and also more recently in 2006.
SON has been informed the character of Irina is a recurring role. She returns next week (Week of July 30).
