Phyllis and Nick with Michael wait outside the courtroom as Nick notices that there is something else is going on and Michael gives Nick a little outline of Kevin and Daniel's problems, will give details later.
Kevin calls Maggie - he noticed on the coffee house security tape that Bonacheck dropped the ransom note in the tip jar. Bonacheck holds Cane at gunpoint demanding Amber tell him where the $700,000 is. She confesses that she took his money, let Cane go and she will tell him everything. He didn't have anything to do with it. Carson is also being held.
Cane says he knew money was the only thing important to Amber. Amber tells Bonacheck that she stashed his money 3 miles out of town by a grain silo.
Maggie and Paul realise that Bonacheck's the bad guy, advise Ji Min and Jill to act normal, go about their business, and in bursts Gloria. Jill lashes out at Gloria that becasue of HER son, her own son might end up dead.
Daniel defends Amber to Kevin, claims she doesn't have the money (but we know she has). Michael orders Kevin to go to the police station but Kev hangs up on him. Daniel insists he has to find Amber before something happens to her.
The Winters clan cook dinner, Devon points out that Daniel's always in trouble, Lily says he's her husband, remember. Neil warns Lily not one word about Daniel as Sharon and Jack arrive for dinner.
Daniel calls Bonacheck, tells him that HE has the money, leave Amber alone, and Bonacheck gets very pissed off!
Lots of yelling as Daniel tells Bonacheck to meet him at Kevin's apartment in an hour to get the money. Bonacheck threatens to kill everybody if cops turn up. Stupid Daniel undoes his tracking anklet, as does Kevin and Maggie notices on her tracking gadget. Cane and Carson struggle out of their bondage, lots of yelling.
The Winters and Abbotts talk fondly of Dru, her hats, her gumbo recipe. Sharon shares that she was mortified today in court, wishes she had made better decisions in her life. She hopes Michael doesn't razzle-dazzle the jury and get Phyllis off.
Michael breaks the news to Phyllis that the prosecution has new documentary evidence against her. Michael wants her to think of what it could be, but she doesn't care because her son might be involved in a kidnappeing. Nick overhears this, says "What?!! I thought this was about stolen money, not stolen people". He's furious that Phyllis isn't giving him straight answers about anything important and he's sick of it.
Phyllis tries to explain to Nick about the kidnapping, the money, but Gloria again! Michael takes her off for a walk away from the Newmans. Phyllis tries to get Nick to go home to Summer but he refuses to go anywhere. He recognises that Phyllis didn't tell him about the Daniel mess because she didn't want him to think badly of her son, or of her.
Jill and Ji Min - not much, really.
Amber finds aa sharp nail file and Cane gets them untied but leaves Carson behind, still bound up. He's afraid he might be working with Bonacheck. Carson protests, but no deal. Meanwhile, a fuming Bonacheck screams at Daniel for his money and if he doesn't get it in a minute, he'll paint the walls with Daniel's brains.
Sorry - had to pause and when I came back, my post froze and had to restart my computer. Anyway, all 3 of the crazy kids are under arrest now, as well as Bonacheck. Maggie and Paul arrived at Kevin's apt. in the nick of time.

Winters and Abbotts sit down for dinner and just as Neil is about to add Dru's special salad herbs, he spills the whole box and ruins the dish. He says he wanted to wrap his hands around Phyllis's neck today and choke the life right out of her. Sharon gives him a big hug.
Amber, Daniel and Kevin see Michael in the court who informs them that they will be all charged and they might not even set bail. Gasp. Michael says if the nanosecond they start blamig one another, he's out of there and will only represent his brother. Amber hasn't ties to the community the way the other 2 have, so she'd better start talking - tell him everything.
Gloria shows up and chaos all around. The judge arrives and slams the gavel, shuts up the circus.
Prosecution pipes up that murder in the first degree charges might be added, and no bail for Amber or Daniel, just Kevin. Michael offers his recommendation of $50,000 each bail. Bail set at $234,000 for each defendant by the judge as a compromise between prosecution and defence.
Bailiff tells Daniel that bail was posted for him - Nick did it. He and Phyllis question Daniel as Michael stops the conversation in the public locatiom. Daniel finally calls Lily, tells her it's over at least for now, that he's out on bail. Lily dumps him.
Gloria bails out Kevin, he thanks her. Michael and kevin have a quiet argument, Gloria hushes them, orders them all home.
Amber has her bail posted by Cane who tells her he hated asking his grandmother for a quarter million dollars for somebody she has no use for. He's disgusted with her as she begs him to understand.

Phyllis on the witness stand, says Brad's marriage fell apart and he's looking to put the blame on somebody else rather than take responsibility for it.
Lily asks Cane where he thinks the money is. Does he think they're keeping it? He bites his lip and shakes his head.
David storms into Victor's office says somebody just ran him off the side of the road. Victor bellows if he wanted him dead, he would be dead.
ugh, thanks kae. I will be glad when this Phylis court thing is over. You mentioned something about her getting off? Thats good, though I guess they wouldnt really send her to jail huh
The spoiler did say she gets off, and if you think about it, there wouldn't be much of a story with the WTD thing coming up if she were to be sent away.
I roll my eyes at the dumbness of the escapade with the money, Plum and the way Amber manipulated those two goofs. I'm glad it's almost over too!
Oh, and the scene in the courtroom when the judge shuts up all the yelling is hilarious. Gloria is such a sh*t disturber, lol.
