THIS WEEK ON "ALL MY CHILDREN"
Zach and Ryan take out their anger and frustration on each other as they each blame the other for setting this horrific chain of events in motion in the first place. JR's arrival at the Yacht Club takes the spotlight off Ava who refuses to give up the attention without a fight. Ryan is a bit distant with Annie when she returns home from her mystery trip, which in turn prompts Annie to reveal to him that the deaf person she knows is her father. Jack gives Erica the papers making their divorce official. Ryan overcomes a personal hurdle when he asks Annie to teach him some sign language. Jack and Erica's reunion is very short-lived thanks to the tale of the tape. Greenlee secretly arranges for Dr. Hilliard, an alternative medicine specialist, to contact Kendall about Spike. Annie gets a creepy phone call and is clearly upset when she hears a childrens nursery rhyme. Di informs Aidan that she's moving to New York City.

EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER
In complete denial about Spike's diagnosis, Kendall insists that Spike be moved from the hospital and taken somewhere where hell be helped. Zach worries about Kendall who refuses to leave Spike's side until he's cured. Bianca realizes her sister's spending all her time with Spike when the two share a phone-call. Jack visits Kendall, who makes it clear to her step-father that they have nothing left to discuss after he tells her he won't have Greenlee arrested. An exhausted Kendall drifts off to sleep only to be jump-started awake when she has a dream in which she stabs Greenlee - who just happens to be standing over her as her eyes open. Greenlee is unsettled as Kendall unleashes a violent tirade on her. Later, while feeding Ian, Kendall panics when she has visions of Greenlee with Spike and races to get to him. Kendall and Zach support each other and look forward to eventually returning to a normal family life with their boys. Zach isnt as optimistic as Kendall is about Dr. Hilliard being able to help Spike. Zach believes he's convinced Kendall to wait until Spike is released from the hospital to meet with the doctor. Later, Ryan arrives at Spike's room but sees no sign of his son or Kendall.
