Greenlee and Erica call an uneasy cease-fire. Zach refuses to keep the truth about Dr. Hilliard from Ryan. JR pitches Amanda his idea of establishing an internet network around Ava. Disguised as Stuart, Adam admits to Krystal that stealing Jenny was the worst mistake Adam ever made. Zach and Kendall make love.

A TWISTED PAST
Annie's father pays her and Ryan a very cordial visit, just as Annie instructed him to do. Annie is furious to discover Ryan has been researching her past which has led him to the discovery that Annie's father became deaf as the result of falling out a window. Annie shares her dilemma with Zach as she mulls over whether or not she should open up and tell Ryan everything. Although fearful that her husband will never look at her the same way again, Annie finally confides in Ryan about the threats and reveals to him that she sent her disturbed brother to prison for a crime he didnt commit believing that he would get the therapy he needed which in turn led to her mother's suicide. The couple symbolically throws Annie's past into the ocean as Ryan assures his wife of his love and promises to always protect her.
