Amanda just told us that Michael and Marcie's marriage definitely does NOT survive the Tommy thing and she speculates that Kathy Brier will exit this fall from OLTL. Her brother Ron will be brought into the story to facilitate her departure.
I don't know if this is news to you guys, but it is for me, so I thought I'd post it anyway.
I really enjoyed Michael and Marcie, but Kathy Brier's talents have been seriously wasted by this show, I have heard rumors about her leaving..But it seems like that was so long ago. Though when Michael first found out about Tommy there were rumors out about how this would be how marcie would be written out. There was talk that she wanted to do broadway and who could blame her.
I love kb and will hate to see her go. It war so nice to see that there was an atypical soap star on a show. I guess they should hire me now lol. There aren't enough short girls on soaps
In the Marcie front, I won't be sad if and when she leaves. She's a good actress, but I never clikced with Marcie. Plus, I have yearned forever for a union of Michael and Natalie. I'm not sure that will happen even with Marcie off the canvas, but it is more plausible and possible now.
as long as Marcie is completely out of the picture then I will root for nat and Mikey. But since we were fed that whole soul mate thing with Marcie and Al I dont really want to see them with other people. But if KB leaves then I am all for Mikey and Nat.....as long as Nat gets her act together
