today 9/10

I don't buy in to Marty and Jessica as best friends. Marty and Todd went to college to gether, therefore she would be Todd's age, who is a bit older than Jess. Although with the recasts you wouldn't know that.

Todd is embarrassing to watch, he's such an idiot. Hard to believe Todd used to be my favorite character!

I don't buy it either! Jessica was just a little girl during the Spring Fling story. This is just a way to bring Marty into the main family's orbit and I don't like it. It's the recast that bugs me, too.

How'd you like Todd's little outburst in the courtroom today? LOL! What an ass. Did like Bo calling him stupid, though, telling the guard to try not to shoot him too many times if he tries to escape, lol.

Well I missed some stuff, but it had me kinda bored. Did I miss anything with Jared and Nash, what did Tess do to him??

I wasn't watching intently, doing othr things, but here's what I remember.

Todd screams in court (Lindsay's arraignment) that he wants his son, points to Tommy, makes a ridiculous spectacle of himself. Then John takes Marcie and Michael into another room (Roxy came to pick up Tommy) and tells them both that Todd is right, that Tommy is his child. Has evidence to prove it, almost. Marcie has a controlled meltdown, notices that Michael is acting like this isn't brand new news to him , but John covers for his brother, saying Michael is reacting differently to the news. Marcie says that and her main concern is for Tommy, makes a convincing case that Todd's a horrible person, just wants what is "his".

Jared tells Nash that he wants to turn their vineyard into an upscale tourist destination with a winebar, gourmet nibbles, etc. Nash is non-plussed.

Jessica and Marty - whatever. Can't stand either one of them (and I used to love Jessica).

Bo and Lindsay have a heart-to-heart as he tells her that Nora had been working on her case - killing Spencer to protect Blair, but now with the Tommy reveal, that motive's out the window and she could get murder one, death penalty.

Adriana is worried about her and Rex getting outed as part of the Tommy cover-up. Todd accuses Rex of being complicit in it, faking the death certificate.

Was it a good epi? Okay, I suppose if you like watching TSJ. At least there was movement. Oh, some Blair trying to tell Todd that his behaviour wasn't going to put him in good stead for a custody hearing with any judge.

as i said in my post i just can't tolerate todd any more. i think the single thing that was most irritating yesterday was todd plopping his ass down & refusing to leave. what person already in custody who attacked a jail guard would be allowed to do that? he should have just been dragged out of there by his hair if necessary. what judge listens to a screaming prisoner??

is this RC's writing or is it still higley's? if this is ron's we are doomed.
