Hey there strangers! I just want to stop by and say hi. Life has been insane between working and trying to wrap-up stuff here around the house.
I have really good news on the job front, I was offered, and accepted the job that I mentioned about a month ago, yesterday. I will be spending the next couple of weeks wrapping up the job from hell, and then starting out on my new adventure on Wednesday, October 3. I am starting mid-week because we have a huge release at my current job on September 29, and I can not leave them in the lurch if something goes wrong. I actually wanted to start the new job the following Monday, and they wanted me the prior Monday, so we are splitting the difference.
I am in three fantasy football leagues, which I absolutely love, it is a blast. I won in two last week, and I can not wait for this week. I am really upset with the whole Patriots cheating thing right now, but what can you do.
Tess....YAH we missed you. I was actually thinking about calling just to make sure that things were okay. Congrats on landing the new job....and yes the Patriots thing is a bit upsetting.
