The whole episode is about Lily's divorce party with huge hints that she's pregnant. She's regretting that she kissed Cane and bothered even speaking to Daniel.
Lots of Neil and Devon discussing women, Karen's not Dru and he can't let himself fall for her - he's not ready yet, then drags Devon back to the party from the offices at NE. Neil recognizes that both he and Devon are hiding from women by staying at work.
Heather chats up Adrian, mentions Macy again. Colleen and Adrian - rift shows again as she talks about Kevin when he was trying to be romantic.
Good scene as Amber asks Cane for another chance and he tells her that he doesn't want her, doesn't even like her. There was mention of a fire at the club (GCAC?) and how Amber helped save Jill - I haven't watched the epis from last week that I missed yet. Amber obviously thought that her involvement in the rescue might have paved the way for her to have a reconciliation with Cane, but nope.
Devon and Roxanne chat a little, Karen runs into Neil, surprised to see him back at the party and they kiss.
Heather stops by the table where Kevin, Amber and Daniel are sitting and breaks the news that the stolen money was found burnt up in the fire that afternoon, but they are still up on multiple felony charges and she'll see them in her office at 10 in the morning. All 3 laugh gleefully, especially Amber.
Lily asks Cane if they can just forget their kiss ever happened. He's smitten.
Next:
Jack, with Sharon at his side, tells Gloria that no one is really interested in the rantings of a social-climbing black widow.
Maggie questions Amber about her presence in Ji Min's room right after he died.
Heather tells Micheal and Nick that Daniel should be doing time as should his brother and his girlfriend.
LOL, I'm with you there, Shelly! I like Amber in spite of myself, too. She was pretty good today and dressed nicely as well. She had on a simple black dress, hair pulled back, little makeup, and she was soft spoken for the most part.
Now the nuColleen is awful! This gal, cute as she is, just doesn't pull it off for me at all. Have to add that I'm a little disappointed in the way the writing is moving towards a Kevin and Colleen hook-up at the expense of Colleen and the professor. Ugh.
Another small disappointment is the Lily pregnancy. It's typical soapy stuff, but so predictable.
