Alright, I know people here have differing opinions. But I was wondering what the official count was.
I think that the Marcie should get Tommy, Todd really does treat his kids like possessions instead of loved ones...and if Michael would have been honest from the begininng we might not even have this problem.
This is a tough call, the baby was taken away by Spencer so early on. Todd is capable of raising children, although lately he's been a real ass about this custody thing
Todd will probably end up with his son because this is OLTL and Todd's the favoured character. Don't ask me why, though.
Personally, I can't stand this version of Todd at all, so no matter what he does or says, I'd never be in his corner. If it were up to me, I'd award Marcie full custody, and if she chooses to stay married to Michael, then sobeit.
marcie & michael should retain custody. todd is not a good father....not remotely. michael did what he did to protect tommy from the evil that is todd. biology is not what makes a person a parent.
on top of that i always take a real life view of babies being moved from home to home. tommy's had too many placements in his life & needs to stay put. (yes, i know it's a soap).

Yeah, Michael did what he did to protect Tommy.... sure. He's as big piece of crap as everyone accuses Todd of being and his brother is just as bad. He let someone believe they would never find their child they thought they had lost. What he did is just a peg or two under what Spencer was doing to Todd. Michael McBain, the saint everyone thinks he is, should be thrown in a cell and left to rot with Rex and John.
