Hey everyone. Whats going on on this beautiful Tuesday afternoon er morning for some of you. I just had an IUD put in and am afraid I am going to be completely useless for the rest of the day. Has anyone else ever had one of these done?
my husband is supposed to get a vasectomy, the big chicken!
I did some browsing today, I intended on shopping but couldn't find one damn thing I liked! The styles are just not made for my figure. Those maternity like tops and tight jeans, Ugh. 80's all over again.
I couldn't find jeans for Gabi either. She's kinda between sizes
It's so quiet right now, she's napping. I'm doing laundry, the breeze coming in is great.
I need a good romance novel to read. My life is anything but romantic
I've never had one, but I know from others that the first day or so can be pretty darned painful. After getting past the initial discomfort, though, they all seem to be very happy with having one.
Hang in there, kiddo! Take something for the pain, use a heating pad, rest up, and do whatever makes you feel better for the next few days...

Yeah I am actually fine today. I dont know why I bothered with Aleve. Motrin works so much better for me. And the Navy loves giving out 800mg motrin. Its the best stuff. So yeah I am fine now. Thanks ladies.
I'm glad to hear you're feeling ok. I had mine after having Aiden not to mention I was nursing, so that makes it less painful. I didn't even need a tylenol; however the poor doctor went through 3 of them before having much luck. For some reason the strings just didn't want to cooperate.
well I think what made it worse was that I was in the middle of that time of the month and I am never comfortable then anyways. But thank goodness for motrin. I hate taking pills so I forget how great they work sometimes
