That makes me mad, her husband is a US Sailor and that should protect her. He is fighting for a country that is kicking his wife out. Oh that makes me mad
seems like she should be legal at this point, I'm sure they will get this case straightened out, she had asylum and now she's married. He must be a citizen if he is serving, so I don't get the problem.
I dont know that just because he is serving means he is a citizen...I knew a lot of people while I was in who lived in the Philippines and as soon as they were out of the military they had to go back. So him serving doesnt automatically make him a citizen, though it should
