Cole comes face-to-face with Death. Alex talks David into marrying her. Gigi persuades Viki to reconsider Charlie's proposal that they go on a date. As the Buchanan's gather at Asa's Texas ranch, they are met by Chuck Wilson III, the grandson of one of Asa's right hand men. Natalie flirts with Chuck to make Jared jealous. Dorian fumes when Nora answers Clint's phone. Jared overhears Clint and Nora talking about him. Natalie and Chuck come up with a plan to pull one over on Jared. Adriana is amused by Rex's behavior. Cristian admits his crush on Sarah to Antonio. Lindsay is appreciative of Bo's friendship. Newlyweds David and Alex head for Llanview. Starr, Langston, and Markko are disturbed by what they find at Marty and Cole's apartment. Viki is excited about her date with Charlie. Asa's videotaped will is played.

YOU CAN'T RUN FOREVER
Marcie freaks out when Wendall's service call leads her to some familiar faces, but manages to hide in a drain pipe. Todd, Blair, John, and Marty are forced to spend the night together in one motel room after John's car breaks down. Fortunately for all involved, Todd manages to secure a second room. Blair gives Todd moral support, and a kiss. John tells Marty why he hates Lee Ramsey and that he is thinking of letting Marcie go when he finds her. Marty reveals a secret to John by telling him Patrick was murdered. Afterward, in a moment of passion, they make love. Todd and Blair, meanwhile, resist the urge to have sex. Marcie contemplates the next stop on her journey. John pays Wendall and Celia a visit, which leaves Todd and Marty alone together at the motel. John stands up to Lee. Marty tells Todd about her encounter with Death, but later disappears. And, as John begs Wendall and Celia to tell him his sister-in-law's whereabouts, Marcie leaves for Texas.
