leaving Orlando

Hi all, we're at the airport. Didn't have a connection (free) at Disney.

We leave soon, hoping for another smooth flight

they said there are lots of open seats, that should be nice. We are so sick of these kids fighting!!

We had such great weather and got on all the rides at MK that we wanted.

Animal Kingdom Lodge was cool. We saw giraffes up close. Food was awesome, too good in fact!

I'm still jealous lol. I would love ot go to Magical Kingdom and have a fun lil vacation with the family. IN fact I've already started planning it lol. We're starting to put money back out of taxes and adding to it each month. We're also going to take my grandma with us. I figure it'd be great for her, and it really wouldnt' cost so much because we'll get a senior discount for her. She also said she'd watch the kids one night so FLoyd and I could have a date night. How sweet of her. I never realized how many different lodges, hotels, and all that that they have there.

Anyone have any suggestions lol?

The only recommendation I can make, Jess, is that you NOT go during a major holiday. My hairdresser took her son for Christmas and it was a nightmare of line-ups. She said "never again". Her other remark was that during the long waits, she noticed that brothers and sisters fought about which rides and attractions they wanted to attend next. It seems that girls and boys have very different priorities and it would be better to split up with mom and girls, and dad with the boys to keep the peace.

Safe trip home, Tina.

Cool thanks fo rth etips. You won't believe the coincidence. i just got a thing in the mail for 15% off for our trip if we book it in the next year. I wonder if I could call now and book now but for like a year in advance .. hmmm I guess we are part of some club because Floyd works for AT&T and we get these things in the mail all the time. I always thought it was junk until he told me it was special promos for work.

It has all of the special events they'll be having and when. I'd love to go for super soap weekend but I'm sure a billion people would be there ... ok yeah that was a major exaggeration.

Back Safe!

Laundry to do

Jess, definitely go off season, but not rainy season.

We found the best times to be November and February.

I really liked that Bach's rescue remedy Kae. Knocked me out! But in a good way.
