Just got back from shopping with my d-i-l and I bought the little white 2 piece outfit for the Christening and a sweet jumper and blouse for Vanessa to wear that day. We found some great new tights for her in the new microfibre fabric in ivory to match the blouse. Then we went out for coffee and croissants.

I've got my recording of Y&R on now. I'll let you know if there are any earth-shattering highlights.

I talked to Nick early this morning on Skype and lost connection 4 times! Frustrating!! He and Laura are moving out of their luxury apartment into something much more affordable so they can save money for their last hurrah in Australia. They can't decide whether to head to Perth or the interior. He spoke of the dread he feels having to return to life back home.

Yes, pics for sure. I have my new Cannon camera, so I don't have to wait for my over-worked and crazy busy sons.

We also watch AI, all 4 hours of it so far! My husband is a fanatic, which is so funny because he's the first one to complain about what's on television. Did anyone else think that Simon has softened a little? He was awfully kind to that one girl he and the other 2 judges led from the audition room. Nice change!!

HI all!

I actually watched AI last night, even though I now hate AI. I just like the really bad people. It's wrong to point and laugh, but they know what they're getting into.

We're getting bured in snow today. We have a lovely winter storm warming until tomorrow. It's supposed to be 20 below. Yay!

I noticed that too Kae, and I agree that I like this version of him better lol. Of course it's great that he still has his snippy moments. The way he was with that girl Temptress .. awwww I felt so warm and fuzzy lol. Then that one crazy sparkle girl .. he wasn't even rude to her and she was psycho wow! I'm surprised they let the girl who was in the accident through. I really never imagined that he would like her.
