help...looking for picture

Okay, I am looking for a picture of Kathy Brier's hair. Mainly the style that she has had over the last couple months with the dark red. I am looking for a new look and already cut 3 inches off my hair. Crazy huh. But I am bored with it and need something new. Someone help.

Her hair was really short! Are you going that short and color change too? Your husband won't recognize you, haha

Short hair? That would be a different look for you. Might work.

If you get 10 inches cut off you can donate it, and the cut is free!

I like doing that every so often, getting it all chopped off!

Thanks Kae, I don't know if i can pull that off completely. I think I need to try and find a picture of her from the show the last week or two. Maybe I should write SOD.

And Tina I was going to do the donating thing part but I already chopped 3 inches off and I don't think I have 10 inches left. I will donate next time.

Shelly I think I have my hair cut the way you want it or similarly. I went in and got the posh cut way back. Of course my luck just last week some of Beth's gum got all caught in my hair. Lucky for me I had neglected my hair appointment for the last couple of months with all the holiday hooplah. They did have to cut a bit more off than what I like, but it's still cute. I'll take a few pics and stick them up here for you. Or do you prefer them on myspace, or photobucket just let me know. Of course I'll have to straighten my front part because my little princess had my hair up in her little clips.

Also if you can find out if your face shape is round oval, heart, or square it'll help you figure out the styles that will work best for you. If you have a roiund face for instance you want less volume or bulk around your cheek bones since that will make you look like your face is fatter than it really is. However if you have more volume at the crown of your head it looks really good.

Ok so I have pics. Some I took. Some the husband took. I'm rather ticked at him right now too. He left a cup of grape juice on the floor. Yeah and of course Aiden had fun with that. So yeah if I don't look too happy that would be exactly why.

OH and I like the back of my hair to be kinda messy, but you can do whatever you want. I think I remember my hair dresser saying it's a reverse bob, stacked in the back. Yeah and don't mind my roots. I'm growing out my hair so that I can get it back to blonde. It used to be very blonde naturally, but since I never get to go outside lately my roots are rather dark. I think I'm going to go blonde with red accents.

You would probably wnat the front part of your hair longer, but I had bangs that are in the process of growing out so they had to be blended in so that they didn't look so out of place.

Shelly I would say you have a borderline oval/circular face. While you could pull off most hair types you have prominant cheek bones, so you wouldn't want a lot of full ness around them. The nice thing is that if you have a good hair dresser she can layer your hair in order to make it full where you want and not so full where you don't. My poor hair stylist had her hands full with me becaue I have such thick hair not only did she have to layer me, she had to think it out a few times too lol. I think she had to end up getting her thinning shears resharpened hen she was done. Luckily for me she's good about keeping up on that . Before I found my stylist I went to Wal Mart (big mistake lol) and the girl there must have never sharpened her shears. I felt like someone was taking baby scissors and chopping at my head.

If you can get your hands on a good straightner (you can usually have a salon order one for you I did and it was 50.00 but well spent. I got it 3 years ago and it's survived a lot lol) It will make a world of difference. You can really use a thin straightner for anything and everything. With a short hair cut instead of using a curling iron and curling your hair under, you can take your straightner and just straighen it out but instead of doing it normally, pull up toward the ceiling while doing it That way when it lays flat you have a cute messy look in the backand it only takes like 5 minutes max.

I use a straightener every so often, didn't spend alot either.

I feel that my hair looks very "flat" when I straighten it, but I came of age in the "big hair" days!

Really, really big!!!biggrin.gif

Lol have any of you seen Miss America Reality Check. I love it . Miss Idaho was the epitome of big hair. it was huge. One of the girls got a hair cut that I just love. It's a lot like what I have now except the front is grown out more and the back is a lot shorter. I think it would work. I'm going to have to find a pic and give it to the hair dresser. Right now that's been difficult to do, so I'm hoping she wins and it'll be easier to get a pic of her lmao.
