Ah, so Charlie and Roxy might have connected during Charlie's drinking days! Interesting, if this turns out to be true, that Charlie randomly picked the name "Balsam" when he was at Dorian's house...

I think that Jared is Charlie's son. It would be a way to give Jared a real connection to someone in Lanview. And I like that we get to learn more about Rex, I love him
But is Rex Roxy's biological son? Or did she just raise him? They were going toward the vein that she actually adopted him -- albeit probably unofficially -- at one point when Truman and Beige were on the scene. . . .
I think they were leaning that way at one point, but then they wrote Paige out so I don't know if they will stick with that route or not. Roxy sure looks shaky everytime he mentions it so who knows
It will probably be Easter before I get to watch again. Hotels on the road very seldom have SoapNet. Almost all of the better hotels anyway -- Hampton Inns, Holiday Inn Express, things like that -- have satellite packages geared toward business. 20 channels of news, the networks, the weather channel, and that's about it. Oh, and they'll have a couple of kids' channels and maybe Animal Planet. Seldom even get comedy central or TV Land. Forget Soaps. So maybe I can stay informed of the developments in this SL via the little board here. It sure is good to hear from you all!
No, not really. Or at least very seldom. I get home Friday nights usually. And then I'm doing eBay all weekend until I head out again Sunday evening or Monday morning. This week at least I'm close enough to home that I don't have to leave until Monday morning. Only reason I got to be home this week is that I was way too sick to work -- and I just got lucky that I got sick while I was home. Otherwise I'd have been stuck in a hotel room somewhere sick, which really bites the big one. :) I do have Good Friday to look forward to being home though. At least it's a Christian company so they don't expect me to work religious holidays. It does get old. I'm starting to pray for a job that would allow me to make at least as much as I make now, have some benefits, and let me be home. Hold a good thought for me on that one please. Thanks!
Thanks KL and TL for holding those good thoughts/prayers. It was allergies that put me down. I am HIGHLY allergic to artificial fragrances and had to sit over an hour in a place of business that had some gawd awful air perfumery going on. I felt it hitting me as I sat there and it just kept getting worse, which is par for the course with me. On eBay I've been selling off some of Teny's junk for the past about 18 months. A lot of it was Lord of the Rings related ephemera. Now I'm pretty much down to box lots of books and such. It's fun when you have good stuff to sell. Having to put together the box lots and try to figure out what can be grouped together to get it to sell is not as much fun, but having the extra pocket change is nice. :) Do you ever eBay? It's highly addictive. Kind of like soaps and the wonderful friends made on this little board. :)
