Michael and Lauren are horrified when Gloria announces that she and Jeff were married in Las Vegas over the weekend.
Niki is sad that she lost NVP but at least will have a decent life style. David wants to set a wedding date, but Niki needs more time before she walks down the aisle. David pushes her into starting a new project. Guy phones him, says he's still not used to calling him "David". Hmmm. Guy demands to meet him in the same place in 20 minutes, and he agrees. He lies to Niki that it was the financier that was going to help her pay back her loan, she buys it. Smooch goodbye.
Victor calls Miguel, asks him to pack up everything that belongs to Mrs. Newman - she is no longer his wife.
More Gloria and Lauren arguing a bit over the Jeff thing. Hmmm - Jeff flew off somewhere by himself to "take care of a few things" and she came home alone. Gloria insists she has everything under control. Lauren is mortified. Glo has to pack up and move into the GCAC with her husband.
Neil kisses Karen hello at GCAC, fills her in on the Newman settlement - that Victor was bitter and Niki felt it a hollow victory. Neil's exhausted by it all.
Niki visits Kay and tells her that she no longer will need her financial help, breaks down - all sad about the divorce but happy she wasn't destroyed.
Michael and Victor discuss the "evidence" of the eye witness (V still says it's all a lie). Hmm - Victor says he honestly can NOT remember where he was that night (when Ji Min was killed).
Im interested in learning more about David's dark secrets but am also worried that they will write him into a corner that he won't be able to get out of. I like VI and don't want to see him go
Kay gives Niki a pep talk, says she's grieving not just about losing NVP but over a lot of things, and that she must not rush into a new business venture with David. Kay is getting exasperated by Niki's dwelling on David, David, David.
David arrives at his meeting with phone guy at GCAC, skulks into a corner table. Oh! Guy says David owes him a lot of money and David says again that it is coming. Says everything changed for him this afternoon. Guy mentions David's gambling debt, but says he needs proof - nah, this time he'll believe David when he says he'll have it in 2 weeks. Phone guy looks like some kind of 'enforcer" for bad debts. Creepy man.
Nice exchange between Victor and Michael as M tells V to take it easy tonight and be in tip top shape for the morning (court case?).
Neil confides in Karen that he has no idea how to deal with Lily, her modeling thing and Cane. Karen makes sense of it, calms Neil down.
JT's asleep on Victoria's bed as Victor comes in and wakes him up, gives JT the evening off. (Did I tell you that Victoria is supposed to wake up a week today?) Aw, Victor tells his daughter that he's a very lonely man.
Niki lets herself into Sharon and Nick's old place to find a stack of boxes of her stuff and an apologetic explanatory note from Miguel.

Shelly, I read someplace that VI is sticking around. I like him too. But his character is a sleazy guy, non? He makes Niki look very dumb, almost desperate. She and Victor should never have let things get so bad between them. But hey, it's soapy.
David tells creepy guy that he's going to use some of his business start-up money (ie Niki's) to repay the debt. Guy wants cash, calls him "Clark"! David corrects him, says the name is "David".
Niki goes through her boxes, feels sad, calls David, gets his voice mail and asks him to call her at home. Then she grabs her coat and takes off.
Lauren is rebuking Gloria for moving into Jeff's place as Michael arrives. Gah! Gloria all but admits that she's sleeping with Jeff, enrages Michael. Gloria clumsily flounces off. Lauren fills Michael in on Jeff "tying up loose ends somewhere" and piques Michael's curiousity.
More Karen and Neil over dinner, cooing etc as he tries to convince her to sing at Indigo and get her over her stage fright. Boring scene.
Michael and Lauren again as he tries to make some sense out of Gloria, wonders aloud about what the two them are really up to. He mentions Jeff's overseas phone calls, says they have to get Jeff's phone records with Kevin's help.
Gloria tells Kevin over the phone that they have to get together first thing in the morning to put phase two of their plan into action.
Hmm, again, LOL. As David finishes up his meeting with creepy guy, he ducks away to avoid JT who has arrived at GCAC for his workout. JT and Kay have a warm exchange and David sneaks upstairs to his room. (Why is David avoiding JT?)
Then Niki walks in on Victor in Victoria's room, apologises for interrupting, Victor leaves quietly. Sad music. Niki cries as she clutches a pic of her holding Reed. Meanwhile, downstairs, Victor is very sad too.

Gloria tells Kevin the he has to come up with a plan that makes it look like her husband is trying to do her in. Kevin grins.
Lauren tells Michael that they have seen Victor in action and he mustn't underestimate him.
Heather gets a call from someone who claims to have some information for her about her case. (I didn't recognise the caller's voice.)
