LOL, Jeffery finds Alistair imbibing hair of the dog at GCAC the morning after being found "covered in drool" in Gloria's bed. Jeff demands an explanation. Alistair says a gentleman doesn't kiss and tell. Meanwhile, Gloria, also hung over, moans about both Jeff and Alistair.
Michael 's not happy about Gloria's attempt to stop the lawsuit against Jack and Lauren gives him that look that would wilt flowers.
Jack's a bit lonely at the mansion, calls for his father to come talk to him but he doesn't appear. He calls Ashley but it's way too early in LA for her to be up. He's nostalgic for the old days, having breakfast together, wants to do that again soon, please come home, Tracey too.
Ugh, Adam stops by for coffee at CL, runs into Felicia who has figured out that Adam would LOVE it if she went after Nick so he could go after Phyllis unimpeded by her marriage. Felicia doesn't mind, but I get the impression she's backing off Nick out of decency.
Sabrina and Victor discuss his next piece of art for the collection, a large bronze statue. He pledges his trust in her, mentions Victoria and Adam. She tells him that Adam insinuated she seduced him to further her career. "That's ridiculous", blah, blah, blah. Kiss.
Gloria is resigned to losing Jeffery as he tells her their farce of a marriage is over. "Do what you have to do, Bardwell". Jeffery's puzzled by her reaction, by the whole situation, including Alistair. (What a good actor, TS!!) Good scene!
Michael pursues the lawsuit against Jack regarding Lauren's fall down the Abbott's staircase. Lauren's not impressed by Michael's vindictive mode, but keeps quiet. She's really disgusted with him.
Victor visits Victoria for a heart to heart, and she reluctantly lets him come in.
Alistair stops by to see Jill and report on what he has learned about what it is that Bardwell is holding over Gloria. He stalls., says he thinks Bardwell finds Jill much more fascinating than Gloria.
Jeff tells Michael he needs a good divorce attorney, and is concerned about Gloria, he should let her move in with him and Lauren. Michael refuses, says the two of them are beyond him, and let's just leave it at that.
Kevin calls Michael at the news Jeffery is going to send his mother to prison, but Gloria stops him. She's resigned to it now.
Victor asks Victoria to forgive Sabrina to make Sabrina happy, hurting Victoria even more. (Stupid man!!) He presses her to "face reality", Reed cries, Victor leaves just as Nick appears at Victoria's door.
Michael meets his brother and mother at CL, tells them Jeffery seems sincerely concerned about her.
Adam stops by Sabrina's office in the Restless Style building, she calls him on underestimating his father, burns him off. (What the heck was Adam trying to do there? Fishy idiot!)
Nick coolly tells off Victor for bedding Victoria's best friend, Victor counters with his usual retort, Nick is unaffected by it. (Good for Nick!!)
Funny! Jill walks in on Alistair's "vocal exercises", says he's going to be out on the streets if she doesn't get some answers from him about Gloria. He tries to get her to believe Jeffery has the hots for her (Jill) lol. Then Alistair blabs that he overheard an argument between Gloria and Bardwell that he had the power to put her behind bars. Jill tells Alistair "this is your lucky day".
Jeff visits Jack at the Abbott's house, asks Jack to let Gloria move back in! Jack says no way. Another good scene.
Gloria grills Michael about Jeffery's concern for her. Michael is still gleeful over crushing Jack with his lawsuit. Gloria buries her face in her hands. She doesn't like what Michael is doing any more than Lauren does, but she's less stern about it.
Nick, Victoria and Reed at CL, talk about their father, she's depressed, sad and hurt by him. Nick says their father didn't change, they did; they grew up. Victor, alone, contemplates Nick telling him that the more he (Victor) tried to control them (the 2 sibs), the more power over them he lost.
Ugh. Sabrina "mon cheri's" her way around Victor's sad face over the way his kids are pulling away from him. Just ugh.
Gloria and Jeff have a sad conversation about splitting up, each one going through the motions of not caring about one another, when they in fact do. Alistair and Jill arrive and Alistair swoops in for a room service dinner with Gloria as Jill goes off to dinner with Jeff. (Really silly old people, lol!) Alistair goes up to the suite, Gloria ducks out of the building.
Michael tells Lauren that he's bothered by Gloria saying that he (Michael) is acting like her (Gloria). Michael says this lawsuit is for her and Fenmore. Lauren softens, says she knows he believes that, but won't talk to him any further. Michael's guilt-ridden. He then calls for Jack, leaves a message that he has made a decision about the lawsuit.
Meanwhile, Jack's having second thoughts about possibly letting Gloria move in.
Nick warns Sabrina that she has no clue what she has gotten herself into with Victor. He's ruthless, and not just in business. She frowns.
Victor asks Adam to stop by his office in the morning. He wants to talk to him about an expanded role for him at NE. Adam is, of course, delighted.

Jeff tells Jana and Kevin that if he gets the settlement, Gloria gets the contaminated face cream.
Michael says to Lauren he's not talking to Jack's (law?) firm any more.
Jeff overhears Gloria on the phone saying she feels that she really needs to help somebody, and the more disadvantaged, the better. Great expression on Jeffery's face!
