Okay, I'm not. But Robert Downey Jr is and this is by far the best super hero movie adaption that has come out, period. Hands down. Downey nails Tony Stark to a tee and totally worth watching.
FYI, that PG-13 is what I call a hard PG-13. Don't take your kids under 9-10 to this film. It is that intense.

When you say we're all going, who all is contained in the we all? I wouldn't recommend taking your youngest to it. Aundrea, who's 8, didn't like it at all and got scared in parts.

If he was completely and utterly unaffected by the action Transformers, he should be fine. If he covered his eyes at all, I'd say no.
Brief synposis real quick, AKA SPOILERS FOR THOSE THAT DON'T WANT TO SEE THEM
--So Tony gets kidnapped by insurgents in the Middle East and this is where he develops the Iron Man suit while under captivity. There's some intense scenes, death of course. So I'd figure that out for what you think he can handle.
