LOL - both Gloria and Alistair are working as barristas at CL. Michael advises Gloria that her diamonds MUST have been insured, but NO, she screwed up there too and didn't want a paper trail. She knows someone had to have switched them but who? (Snortle, Jeff, huh?)
Meanwhile there's a bunch of strife at Jabot with Jill and Niki doing battle over top dog position regarding, at the moment, the lawsuit with Victor. Victor tells Michael to proceed full steam ahead, no compromise with Jabot at all.
Sabrina bids a FORTUNE for a piece of art at Victor's behest as he and Jana sit by listening. She gets it for $14,350,000! All are excited. Kisses, hugs, French crap.
David gives Niki a diamond necklace then tells Brad he's going to pay him off, takes out $100,000 from the bank to do it.
Niki is beginning to have doubts about David's wisdom, and as they hug, she has a far away, worried look.
Adam is helping Michael with the lawsuit, but Michael thinks it's window dressing for Victor's sake. Adam denies it, gets right on the case.
Gloria continues to drive Michael nuts over the diamond business, as if he has time to deal with that on top of everything else.
Paul is in touch with the sister of dead wife number 1, asks questions about David Chow.
David's betting again on some boxer in Las Vegas.
Victor and Sabrina, kissie face babbling, he brings up a wedding and a honeymoon. She makes him so happy...gush, gush. Ugh. She says she doesn't care at all about the wedding, a barn would do, she loves him so much.
Jill warns Niki that she needs to take a good look at why she's being so defensive - it's always all about Victor. Niki sneers, as in WTH.
Michael's somewhat impressed with Adam's work so far on the Jabot case.
Michael confirms that no one from the Caymans made the diamond switch.
Adam walks in on kisses, informs Victor that the lab he hired to examine the contents of the cream found a similarity of content. Victor tells him to keep going to labs until he gets the results that he wants.
Ha! It was Brad that set up David with false information about that Vegas boxer, thanks "Andy" over the phone for making his day when he learns that Chow went for it. Smirks to self.
Victoria admits to JT that she's not happy with the work situation at Jabot, not what she expected at all. At least at NE, her family wasn't in her face all the time. JT says her father asks about her and Reed every day, pleases her.
Victoria overhears Jana gushing to Kevin and Gloria about the art purchase, picks up her phone.
Alistair calls Jeff, tells him to bring back those diamonds or he fears "Gloria will perish of a broken heart". Jeff denies any knowledge.
David gives Brad $10,000 towards his debt, and as they shake hands, Niki looks on puzzled and suspicious.
