Jill summons Gloria to Jabot. Glo thinks it might be for a raise, but I have a feeling she's going to get fired!
David lies all over the place to Niki about what he and Brad were talking about, says it was about Jabot settling with Victor in the lawsuit. Niki's stunned he'd even say that.
Heather refuses a dinner invitation from Brad, wants to keep things professional between them.
Adam pulls out his asshat with JT over discussing (or not) the lawsuit. JT holds his own nicely. What a jerk!!
Daughter of wife number 2 is going to talk to Paul about David Chow. (Sorry, yesterday I thought it was daughter of wife number 1.)
Niki insists Jabot will not settle - they can not afford to send the message that they will tolerate any infringement on their patent rights, asks David to be with her in this united front. He says yeah, always, but he's lying to her with his eyes behind her back. Peh, David's going down soon, LOL.
Gloria begs for another chance but Jill says nope. She missed almost every single meeting, treating Jabot like a pet goldfish. A security guard is waiting outside the door to escort her out of the building.
Adam and Heather flirt at the gym, make a date. (Is Adam doing this because she's a Jabot lawyer??)
Brad's not surprised when Jill gives him the Gloria news.
Paul chats up Niki and David at CL. David tries to get out of it, Niki is happy to talk to her old friend. (David is getting squirmier every day, lol. How long before he's blown out of the water?) As Niki takes a call, Paul gently warns David that Niki is on the rebound, and he'd better treat her well.
Heather meets Adam at GCAC bar, all dressed up in a sexy little red dress, flirts, intellectual sparring, Princeton versus Harvard crap. Ugh.
More sexy stuff between Michael and Lauren. Knock on door - it's Gloria, of course, LOL!! She tells them about getting fired, plays the sympathy card. At Lauren's urging, Michael offers her their couch for now, but she'd better try to make other arrangements with Jeff before the mediation hearing tomorrow morning.
Meanwhile, as Jill orders Gloria's office cleared out, she gets a dinner invitation from Jeff which she accepts eagerly.
I know, I know, LOL! Gloria is always her own worst enemy, but this time she really did it to herself. The guy that plays Jeff is SUCH a good actor. Wait till you watch his scenes, Shelly. He's wonderful.
