Cane and Jill talk about Lily's opportunity with the NYC agency and how it may affect her obligations to Jabot. He wants nepotism for her. They laugh about that. Jill agrees to have Heather amend Lily's contract. Meanwhile, Lily is have no luck finding a flight out to NYC. Devon chastises her for spending too much time on modelling, neglecting school, puts doubt in her mind about why she is doing this.
Gloria barges into the main house dining room, spoils the breakfast Jack had planned for Sharon and Noah. Groans all around.
Lots of Sabrina and Victor planning an earlier wedding. She does NOT want Victor to hunt down her mother but will ask Victoria to be her maid of honour. Victor thinks he ought to include Adam in the wedding. She warns that Nick and Victoria might not like that. He says he's taken that to heart.
Jeff and Jill run into Gloria working at the coffee house, jeers and jibes.
Mag loft - fab four all discuss the article about them in the paper, also about Victor spending 8 figures on the shark painting. Nick and Jack have conflict over "who's the boss" again.
Sharon drops in on Sabrina, asks her if she'd like to do a publicity profile in the magazine and she agrees. Jana's so cute!!
Neil notices that Victor's happy, smiling, delegating authority and it's all Sabrina.
Jeff's sporting a black eye (Michael slugged him last week), asks "waitress" to bring him HOT coffee this time, so she grabs a bottle of hot sauce and dumps it in his cup at the counter.
Neil stops by Lily and Devon's place for a visit, admits he misses Karen. Mention of Dru again. He tells her her mother would be more proud of her for graduating cum laude than for modelling.
Sabrina drops by at Victoria's office and asks her to be her matron of honour, says it would mean the world to her and her father. Would she please do it for them? Victoria says 'absolutely not".
Jeff chokes on the "hot" coffee, Jill calls for 911. Gloria looks on, bug-eyed and horrified.
More Dru talk as Cane arrives, kisses Lily hello. He breaks the news to her that she is no longer exclusive to Jabot, giving her free rein to pursue other opportunities as long as it doesn't conflict with Jabot product. Devon and Neil aren't amused.
Sharon and Jack are glad that Nick's going ahead with the cover for the next issue without their consent as it will give them the leverage for what THEY want the next issue, the interview and profile of Sabrina.
V&S kisses hello at the ranch as she delivers the news of Victoria's rejection. Barf. ( I can not wait for this affair to be over!!)

Lily announces that she is NOT going to go to NYC at all. She was only doing the modelling to feel closer to her mother, now knows she needs to concentrate more on her education. Devon and Neil are thrilled while Cane's flummoxed.
Sabrina tells Adam about Victoria and how much more hurtful it is than she had thought. Adam offers condolences.
Victor visits Victoria at Jabot to talk about the matron of honour thing, wants to know if there's anything he can do to change her mind. Nope.
Nick flatly refuses Jack's Sabrina profile idea. Phyllis sides with Nick.
Jill tells Kevin he had better fire Gloria or she'll have the place shut down. Jill's going legal, warns Gloria and Kevin they'll need a lawyer too. More horrified Gloria.
