Yet another fast drive by here to drop this off to you (I put this out earlier today at SOC but literally had no time to stop by here until now).
You know the drill by now on these. They are not only using fake names to throw us off, but now they are using names we know in place of the real characters to throw us off even farther. This audition script was just released for the role of Dr. Joplin. The scene opens with Antonio introducing himself to Joplin in her office. Joplin tells him that she knows perfectly well who he is but that she's bound by confidentiality laws. That she is unable to give Antonio any information on his sisters case. Antonio gets angry and reminds Joplin that she had no trouble discussing his sisters case with her kidnapper Natalie and his own mother. Antonio goes on to say that his sister is not going to give up her kid to a known felon. Joplin looks at Antonio and says "isn't that what you are...a known felon?" Joplin tells Antonio to take this up with his own lawyer.
Antonio leans in and says that he is taking it up with her instead and that she would do well not to cross him. He tells her that he always gets what he wants. Joplin tells Antonio that this is why he has lost his family and everything he cared about. She says that his life is pitiful and that he did it to himself and to leave her office immediately. Antonio gives her a menacing stare and Joplin tells him that he doesn't scare her. Antonio gets close to her and says "don't I?" She goes on to say that if he truly has his sisters child's best interest at heart, he will leave now. Antonio doesn't move to leave and Joplin tells him that she is going to call security. Scene ends there.
Enjoy these morsels......

You know, I'm sick of characters getting redeemed after they've done something wrong. It's a crap way to keep someone on the show. Jared needs to be arrested, charged and jailed. But oh no, we the mighty Buchanans are going to fall overselves to save a company and not care that one of the family got killed.
This is the reason why this show is never going to go anywhere near the heights it had previously. Stupid writing that makes no logical sense. I'm fine for wild scenarios, but Jared becoming a "good guy" or someone that's "okay" is crap.
