THIS WEEK ON:THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS Colleen gets a new place to stay when Jack and Sharon offer up their home to her. Walter makes his way back to settle some things with David. Nikki tells Katherine she nearly succumbed to drinking again. Adrian is upset to learn that Colleen has moved on when he discovers she's going on a date. Phyllis finds a way to break up Amber and Daniel. Victoria wants JT to keep digging the dirt on David. Jeff and Gloria tie the knot. Gloria sees David in Las Vegas and tells Nikki he was there to gamble. David tells Walter he'll work for him until is debts are paid out. Chloe and Cane wind up getting stranded. Amber and Adrian find themselves lending their shoulders to one another. Victoria and Sabrina don't see eye to eye about the charity gala.
NEWCOMERS AND UNWELCOMED GUESTS STIR UP TROUBLE Victor is more than livid in discovering his son is still with the woman that nearly destroyed his life. Adam realizes just how much Victor hates Heather, but defies Victor's orders by having Heather at the ranch. When Victor returns home, his temper flares against Adam when he sees the young attorney in his home.
Tyra's presence at the Winters home piques Neil's interest. He soon becomes suspicious of her when she covers about her past. Devon soon learns that Tyra is not being honest. Karen and Neil talk about Devon's family and she suggests he ask them to move in with him. Neil, however, is hesitant.

Shelly, I watched today but was busy in the kitchen making potato salad for the Canada Day picnic later today. There wasn't much of David today except that Nikki decides to FORGIVE him for gambling (!!!) but he says nope, it's all over. Walter didn't appear today. But I bet he does end up killing David in the end because Heather is sniffing out big time all the crumbs of clues in the Ji Min case, and he's bound to turn up in them.
Gloria and Jeff were funny today. He gives her all her diamonds back. Funny! Love TS.
In the preview, Heather takes off her clothes at the ranch, in the living room. That's not a good sign, lol.
Also today, Tyra's lies come to light. She has no job, no money, nowhere to live, so Neil invited her to stay with him at his penthouse. Karen seems okay with that, though. Anna sings a hymn at Indigo - did NOT like that part at all. There was a big todo about her singing, so I guess we'll be subjected to that more now. Ugh. I don't like smarmy kids.
And Chloe's up to something again. She got Jil to okay her working directly with Lily as the spokesmodel for Jabot while Cane supervises HER. I didn't follow that much. Chloe bugs me, but I do like the actress.
Overall, today was kind of filler stuff. Jill and Cane talked quite a bit about family, spending time together. Is that a presage of something else, I wonder?
Gotta get back in the kitchen. Gang arriving in 3 hours and I still have a ton left to do. Have a good one, and I'll be back tomorrow.
