I can't believe it. We've been browing at houses off and on in the Springfield area, and one of the girls I work with mentioned a house in Twin Lakes (a very very nice sub-division in Springfield which isn't exactly easy to get a house in for a good deal) Well, rent will be 750.00. We're currenly paying 450, but we are going to be better off because :
1. Less gas for both of us 2. No cable, Internet, or home phone bills 3. We can drop our cell phone plan down considerably 4. It's all through CWLP which means it's all electric and apparently CWLP is much cheaper than Ameren the rip off co.
We can sign papers on Monday and if we have the deposit (which we do), we can go ahead and move in then, and pay first month's rent with our next pay check.
How nice! Moving into a new home is always so exciting! Not that I really remember, I have been here in the same house for 19+ years. When I get restless, I redecorate, and when the economy stabilizes I will be putting on an addition.
Thanks guys! I'm really exctied. We're looking at a few of the private schools in the area. I think it'll be great for thekids to attend a private school.
