Nick's afraid RS will go belly up if this issue doesn't sell well.
Jack's still keeping his editing a secret from Sharon, suggests they skip the office today, but have to attend the gala luncheon.
Kay's having a fit over the gala fund raising, David, Sabrina and Victoria, etc. Nikki tries to reassure her it'll all work out.
Victor and Sabrina read the article Jack submitted under Adrian's name. Uh oh.

Jack and Sharon - he says RS needs to make a splash, get attention and Nick isn't ready for this. He hints to her that this issue may get the attention it needs.
Everyone in town is talking about the article. Gah! It's really smutty!! Sabrina's in tears.
Meanwhile, Nick and Phyllis, still in the dark about the contents of that article, field all sorts of questions, decide they need to take another look at it. Uh oh.
Oh, and Victor's on the warpath now. Mag sales are through the roof, little surprise there, lol.
Daniel stops Amber at CL, says her boyfriend wrote an article that made Sabrina look like a gold-digger, gloats. Colleen tries defending Adrian to Brad, but in true Brad form, he says it's Adrian's way to turn on people.
Nick and Phyllis read the published thing, omg'ing all over the place. Nick calls Jack but he won't pick up and Sharon figures there's something up. He soft-soaps what he did to the magazine, she's smelling a rat.
Nikki tells JT and Victoria that the article has had a bad impact on the fundraising for the gala, and Kay's very concerned.
Kay hot foots it over to Sabrina to offer her support both publicly and privately. (With Kay, it's all of a sudden all about money.) Then Kay tells Sabrina that Victoria approved the co-sponsorship, infuriates her. Weird as Sabrina acts the victim. (What the heck is Kay doing here?? She knows there's a feud going on, and she's fanning the flames.)
Victor demands Nick fix the damages, "you got that?"
Kay continues pandering to a friendship with Sabrina, who gobbles it all up. There's a glimmer of humanity as the two women bond. (I still don't get what Kay thinks she's doing here, unless she's only concerned about money. It's kind of pukey.)
Nick learns about what Jack did and when he did it, tells the gang at RS. He says he'll take care of this and leaves.
Sharon's furious that Jack LIED to her again. Big argument.
(LOL, all I need to type today is more sh*t hits fan.)
Phyllis worms out of Daniel that he moved out of the penthouse, unpleasant exchange follows.
Kay rips into Victoria for her unilateral decision on the sponsorship. Nasty Kay. Yep, she tips her hand to Nikki that it's all about Victor's money.
Victor gives Sabrina a pep talk about attending the luncheon.
Daniel makes it clear to Amber that even though she's his best friend, they will NOT be getting back together.
David's step-daughter died. I just recapped what they said in the preview, but obviously Victor was warning her about Chow again. Remember, that woman Paul interviewed a while back, daughter of wife number 2 (or number 1)? She was found dead of an overdose but cops believe it was not suicide, looked like a murder.
I remember now, its just at first glance it sounds like Nikki asked Victor about his (as in victor) step daughter. I am sitting here thinking, who is Victor's step daughter, does he have one?
