I just want yesterday to have never happened! First, my hsuband is late for work because the car doesn't want to start, he melted a jumper cable. Then at work I get a text fro mhim asking where teh wii is. It was fucking stolen!!! Right out of our house! Then I got a little mad that Floyd had not filed a report yet and threw my phoen. My phone is usually tough.. not yesterday ... my phone is broken too. Then when I got home I noticed other tstuff missing..
Get this though. My computer was left in tact, the surround sound was fine. My camera was sitting on top of a brand new box of cd-r which they stole .. but it was left .. WTF???? Thank God the dog was still here!!!
Jess, so sorry about the break-in. Have you notified insurance and police yet? Sounds like kids to me.
Thank goodness puppy was okay, if a little traumatised, no doubt. Poor poochie.
We had a series of home invasions around here 5 years ago - kids. Cops caught the little monsters and the ring leader was a troubled boy that lived next door to my parents. All of them went to juvie hall detention. I happened to be at the local drug store when the police were in the process of finding them hiding in bushes here and there. One of them hot wired a car in the plaza parking lot and rammed the cop car parked next to my car, then sped off up my street. I was scared to death! He was finally apprehended when he ran a red light 5 blocks away, crashed into another car, no one seriously hurt.
why wouldn't the police investigate, it could become a major issue and what if the thieves catch someone at home while they are stealing and things get ugly?
