It didn't take long for recently canned soap stud Billy Miller (ex-Richie) to land a new gig. While Billy woo'ed the hearts of AMC's female audience with his "country boy" good looks and easy going charm into pining for a long term Pine Valley stay, as Richie he was painted into a corner as the tormentative pyscho brother to good girl (?!?!) baby sis Annie. Crossing the front burning characters of Ryan and Zach on a consistent basis didn't help matters much either; the character's exit was a foregone conclusion months in advance of it being made official. However, fans need not despair as TV Guide reports that Billy has signed on to join the cast of CBS's signature soap, Young & Restless, as Billy Abbott.

Ah, very nice indeed. Look at those green eyes! I wonder if Billy Abbott and Cane will get along as long lost brothers or if they'll be at each other's throats like Nick and Adam.
wikipedia is saying Sept. 08. So just next month. He has lots of potential, would be nice to see the actor in a role where he isn't doomed to be killed off.
