Adam and Nick disagree yet again, this time about Victor's disappearing act. Michael looks on, stoic as ever. Adam's really obnoxious today.
Neil and Tyra - he gives her a photo of the family. She flirts, he flirts. Ugh. Devon runs into Chloe who tells him Cane's the daddy. Lots of talk all over about the DNA results. Jill, Cane, then Lily and Colleen. Gah. Geez, this Chloe babe has everyone dancing to her tune, eh!
More disagreements between Adam and Nick. FBI and Michael agree that Nick's in the right. Adam brings up the will AGAIN. Blech! In comes Nikki, calls Adam "Mr. Hot Shot", and what the hell was he thinking holding that outrageous press conference. He then blames Nikki for bringing Chow into their lives. More arguments. Adam's almost in tears over Skye, mentions how Brad knew all about David's gambling and that he and Brad were in cahoots, hopes they both rot in hell over Skye's murder. Nikki's dumbfounded, doesn't want to believe Brad would do that!
Brad and Jill at Jabot. He's obviously up to something, she disregards him, tells him to go home and get some sleep.
Nick tells Phyllis he's put up a $100,000 reward for info on Victor. Off they go home together for the night.
Lauren and Mike discuss the man posing as his dad, how he tricked him into revealing his real identity. His real father was a bit of a genius, in math at least, taught it at a college until he was fired for sleeping with a student.
Chloe orders Devon around at Indigo. Devon tells Neil that Cane is her baby's father, it's certain because of the DNA results. Neil calls Lily to confirm the news. (Gad, these people are stupid!!) Confrontation between Neil and Cane, Chloe looks on - very smug.
Heather and Adam together. He's human again. She brings up the will and that means one day all this will be his. (They're at the ranch.) Kiss, kiss.
Nikki confronts Brad, accuses him of using David's gambling as a way of getting her and Chow out of Jabot. (Nikki found her brain today!!) Brad LIES, tries his good guy routine, Nikki doesn't buy it at all. Nikki hands over Victoria's resignation to Jill, warns Brad about Jill, how she'll use him until she doesn't need him any more then dump him, just like she dumped her.
Good grief I almost wish that Cane would charge Chloe with raping him. I mean we know the baby isn't his but if she wants to claim it is then she should have to deal. Or him and Lily should sue for custody of the baby

Back at Indigo, Neil and Tyra again, discussing the baby crap. She has a tacky French polish thing on her nails.
Nikki stops by the ranch main house, tells the FBI guy she's Mrs. Victor Newman. (WTH??)
Colleen is hideous to Chloe, not that I blame her, lol.
Lily makes her case to Cane about marrying Chloe - all about the baby. Cane's devastated.

You said it, Shelly!! I really don't like the writing for this story at all. Not only is it completely predictable, it's trite. I'm disappointed in Y&R for this, really, really disappointed.
The good part today was Brad, lol, and I can't stand that guy. Love that he's about to unleash the hounds of hell on Jill, lol. *snort*
Usually Y&R stays clear of soapy silliness, and this smells all too much of an ABC soap contrivance. The last time I hated Y&R was during Sheila's last appearance. I never liked any of the parachuted-in villain stories.
At least now we know why Jill was painted with such a bitchy brush all these months - setting her up for Brad's whump.
