It's the next morning after the wedding at the ashram. Colleen and Daniel quickly dress after spending the night together. Amber tells Jana and Kevin that she's not staying for breakfast (River is treating), she's leaving right away. Jana then tells Kevin that she saw Daniel and Colleen practising the kama sutra last night. Uh oh.
Back in GC at CL, Nick and Victoria - he tells her the only lead they have is the bus driver who said Victor got off his bus in El Paso. Victoria is getting ready to meet with NE department heads, feels good to be back, but Adam's quite the handful to rein in.
At Indigo, Jill advises Cane about taking over at Jabot, says she won't be looking over his shoulder and second guessing every move he makes like Kay does with her.
Ashram again - Michael and Lauren greet Kevin and Jana. Apparently Jeff and Gloria left last night - she was freaked seeing River (Lowell) for the first time in 40 years. Lauren advises Michael to go see his father one more time before they leave for home. He spent a sleepless night fretting about his father.
Jana tells Daniel that Amber left early because she saw him and Colleen last night.
Victor, back to knocking back shots of whiskey again, spies Walter Palin at the bar in Mexico. He recognises him immediately but stays quiet. Victor looks terrible, lol.
Victoria butts heads with Adam over a business decision. He says she doesn't know their father as well as she thinks she does.
Paul has found a good possibility that Victor is in a small fishing village in Mexico looking for Walter. Nikki agrees that's what he's up to. Meanwhile, Victor confirms with his buddy, the bartender, that Walter has rented a boat.
Ashram again. River asks Michael to stay a few more days to get to know each other again, spouts a lot of new age philosophy about how they were meant to meet here like this. Michael responds realistically. Both actors are doing a great job here, but I'm not that taken with this story.
Cane and Jill discuss the reasons for marrying Chloe. Jill points out how marrying someone he can't stand for "all the right reasons" will affect the child - the little one will suffer. Cane seems to get the point.
Heather and Adam are together at the ranch. Adam hates it at NE with Victoria there, prefers to do his deals at home. He says Victor will be furious when he gets back and sees what his daughter is doing at NE. Victoria says the same things about Adam to Nick, that Adam will have hell to pay for trying to ram deals through in Victor's absence. Both accuse the other of misjudging their father's expectations of them.
River wants a photo of Fenmore, Lauren gives him one. Michael takes the opportunity to needle River about being a lousy father, but no, he will not be contacting the authorities about him. River thanks him, all leave. (River reminds me of my s-i-l's ex, a hippie minister that left her on her 46th birthday for some nutty girl that he moved in with to raise goats and make cheese up in the mountains of West Virginia. That lasted 3 years, then he went on to move in with a much older, very wealthy widow. )
Heather and Adam again. He moans about how the other Newman's treat him like he's from another planet. Nice little scene.
Daniel tells Colleen that Jana, Kevin and Amber already know what they were up to last night. Colleen seems to somewhat enjoy that info, even though she admits that their rebound sex was just that, and they should play things between them by ear. Daniel shrugs. They leave for the airport. Jana is visibly upset about how hurt Amber was this morning and fears that no matter how the Colleen, Amber and Daniel triangle works out, someone is going to be really hurt. Amber truly must love Daniel.
Amber joins Kay at CL, discuss the wedding. Cute! Kay sees that Amber is sad about something, so Amber tells her about Daniel having sex with Colleen. (Yes, I really do feel sorry for Amber, too. The actress is doing a great job here.)
Amber tells Kay that she wanted to be angry and sad about Daniel and Colleen, but decided to get even, so she went out clubbing, and there was this really hot guy there, but she just wished he was Daniel. Kay advises her not to dwell on her regrets. Amber feels better now.
Adam and Heather kiss, all wet from their swim, in walks Nick, says "glad to see you're taking dad's disappearance so well". Adam's pissed off.
JT and Paul are going to look for Victor, Nikki insists on going too.
Adam, Nick and Heather. Nick's rather disgusted with Adam's cavalier attitude. Nick stomps off. Adam and Heather share another tender exchange. (He really is so much more likable with Heather!!) He says he doesn't care what Nick and Victoria think of him any more. He is his father's son and nothing can change that. (Adam DOES have the right take on Victor's grieving process here, but he has no idea how to reconcile his beliefs with Nick and Victoria. He needs a couple of courses on tact and humility, lol.)
Amber and Daniel run into each other at CL. OH NO!! Amber tells him she met this guy, Liam, blah, blah, and they had sex. Daniel doesn't believe her, I think.
Kay tells Jill she still believes that Caneis not the right person for the Jabot CEO job. Jill snipes, Kat offers that she is just offering guidance, Jill wants respect, Kay wants loyalty, Jill snipes back Ugh.
Michael worries to Lauren that both his parents are murderers! Michael returns to NE, sees Nick and Victoria. Nick tells them he just saw Adam and Heather hooking up at the ranch. Victoria says she wishes they could kick him out of there. Michael says they CAN because NE owns the ranch for tax purposes, and as head of NE, she (Victoria) is the landlord, so she can evict him. Happy smiles.
Paul tries unsuccessfully to deter Nikki from going along with him to Mexico. He reluctantly agrees.
Victor gives the little Mexican girl the one earring he had kept from Sabrina's crash site.

Paul and Nikki arrive at the seedy Mexican bar and see the little girl wearing that earring around her neck on a chain. Nikki immediately recognises it as Sabrina's.
No, I don't think they'll stick Daniel and Colleen together for long. This Colleen is way too bitchy for Daniel, lol. Then again, Daniel's pretty dumb in his own right. Who knows!
