I like this guy, Ricky sumpthin. Wasn't he once married to Yasmine Bleeth? I like his acerbic wit and grottiness so much better than the buttonned down J. Eddy Peck's Jake. But what's with the girl suffering shell-shock? She's someone I don't know.
Have to say, though, that I really don't like all the Kendall. Her high nervous energy makes me twitchy.
I'm glad Shelly reminded me to keep an eye on the fact that AMC is NOT Y&R. You're tellin' me, lol.
Kae you are watching the stuff with the new writer. The show should get better. I am at work and not watching but I imagine the girl you are talking about is Taylor. A sore subject for me because she is played by the woman who was Gus' love interest on Ricky's old show. It irritates me that they brought on a new character for Jake when this show already has plenty of ladies. I love Amanda and want her to have some loving.

Taylor is a new character, and knew Frankie Hubbard in Iraq. She literally ran into Jake (Ricky Paull Goldin) on a jogging/bike path one day. I like her so far. I have no idea about the Yasmine Bleeth marriage (I really liked her), but I agree with you that he brings a very interesting energy to the ensemble. I'm enjoying him so far. He has a bit of attitude!
Kendall's personality goes in cycles. There are times when I need to put a pillow over my head, and others when she's calm, and very likable. She's most definitely Erica Kane's daughter, though!
