A cranky Phyllis announces to Jack and Sharon that Victor is home.
Adam goes back to NE as if nothing had changed and asks Neil if they can't work together. Long and funny story short, Neil has JT escort him from the building. (Adam has taken his delusion pills today, lol.) Good scene!!
Victor is stony as Victoria hugs him, says how happy she is that he's home. Nick also greets him warmly but still keeps a bit of distance.
Gloria, Jeff, Jana and Kevin - honeymoon talk. Seems Jeff was up to something Gloria didn't know about in the Caymans while she was spending all her time in the spa, lol. Kevin has figured out they were down there hiding money, buying stock in Jabot - not enough to take over yet but she DID pick up a few shares Jeff doesn't know about.
Nick and Victoria continue their discussion with Victor, ask him what he was doing in Mexico. He needed to be alone, he says.He tells them he was very proud of the way they conducted themselves while he was gone, that he has forgiven them both for their actions on the few days before Sabrina died. But there are changes being made - big ones.
Jack and Phyllis disagree on what the next RS story should be. He wants a scoop on Victor's adventures in Mexico, she does not. Sharon stands listening to Jack's rant about getting back at Victor, and why not. (He has a really good argument, actually.) Phyllis stomps off.
Victor starts talking about all the changes he has made in his business and his life but they (Nick and Victoria) have to wait for Michael Baldwin to tell them about it. He has to protect himself. Nick bristles.
More Kevin and Jana - he's complaining about how they did the zen thing for their wedding and how they are losing their irony, are turning into the Cleavers and it's freaking him out.
Jeff proclaims he will make himself CEO of Jabot as soon as they have control of it. Gloria's eyebrows shoot up.
Sharon puts a decent argument to Phyllis about letting Jack buy out RS from them for everyone's sake, especially Noah's.

Victoria asks Nick to ease up on their father as Victor clams up completely and refuses to either answer or ask any questions about what happened while he was away. Victor asks both of them to please leave.
Adam is obnoxious to Nick and Victoria as he came back to the ranch to pack his things. Ugh. He says "Well, well, well, the happy family is reunited. If you stick around a little while you can watch me pack and really gloat".
Neil comments to JT that there is something really, really different about Victor.
Confrontation again with Victoria, Nick and Adam. Victor enters, asks them all to take their disagreement elsewhere, for them all to leave and Adam's things will be sent to him. He was relatively nice about it, but very firm.
LOL, Old hippie and Kevin at CL. Funny.
Jack sells all his blue chip stocks - raise a bunch of money fast, buy out his RS partners. He smiles as he looks at his RS headline about Victor back from the dead.
Nikki's back from Mexico. Hugs Victoria. Huge sigh of relief as she learns Victor's back. The women agree that he has become really distant and cold. Noah and Victor embrace warmly. Noah leaves. Sharon asks Victor to help Nick get out of RS, maybe offer him his old job back - anything, because the bad blood there is doing so much damage. Victor only says that there has been so much bad blood between him and his son, bur Sahron says rthat when he was missing, Nick was absolutely heartbroken.
Phyllis mentions to Nick that she is rethinking a buy out from Jack and Nick isn't adverse to it either any more. They both want to get that old feeling of exhilaration back. So they kiss, lol.
Victor's statement is coming on TV - Jana tells Kevin he should watch it. A grim Victor appears. Nick, Victoria, Neil JT and Adam all watch, ditto Phyllis and Nick, Jack and Sharon.
Victor wants to be left alone by the press, friends and family. Neil Winters will run NE for the time being as he is taking a leave of absence. He needs to be left alone.
He then addresses his household staff. He dismisses them all, their services are no longer needed, even Estella. Only Zapatto will keep him company - he gives him no trouble at all.
Adam goes to see Jack who is now alone at RS and offers that the two of them have something in common. Jack finds it intriguing. Adam says "good, let's talk".

Nick to Jack, Sharon and Phyllis at RS - "no one leaves this room until control of RS is decided".
Adam to Jack about his comment in the interview about Victor with the black hole for a heart. Jack asks what that has to do with him.
Nikii throws a garden chair through a window at the ranch because Victor would not let her in. He yells at her that he's going to call the police.
It IS!! This is a good story alright, lol. Also interesting is the Adam and Jack team-up.
As for Phyllis, I guess they have to move her in a darker direction to make the Nick and Sharon reunion feel better, but Phyllis and Nick were still working well together today - they ended up naked on the floor watching Victor's press release. I still hope that the Sharon Case interview in which she intimate that "some things are just meant to be" doesn't really refer to her character and Nick again.
