Jill arrives at Katherine's doctor appointment with some guy from CE who will report to the stockholders after the test results come in. Nikki, there with Kay, is disgusted by Jill's attitude.
Ashley walks up to the Pompidou Museum in Paris. (Nice location shoot scenery. It really is the Pompidou.)
Billy moves into Phyllis' old penthouse. Phyllis drops in, chat about Amber and the sketches he bought of her. Phyllis says she'll buy them back from him.
Kevin lies to Amber that the cash in the bag was his - cash receipts from the coffee shop. She calls Daniel to tell him that Kevin is a big fat liar.
A curator at the Pompidou tells Ashley that Victor hasn't been around for a while.
Kevin puts the cash in the CL safe, daydreams about telling Jana he found $75,000 that belongs to Kay and he's going to give it back. Funny.
Lily asks her online bf for forgiveness for bailing on Halloween. Billy reads it, says "you are soooo forgiven".
Jill tells Nikki to watch her mother and not let her try to sneak out. Katherine has a huge memory lapse with Nikki who had never seen her like that before. She ducks out into the hall and asks a nurse to get the doctor, he needs to see Mrs. Chancellor right now.
The doctor examines Katherine with Jill and Nikki in the room. He wants to do a full physical work up with admittance into the hospital. Kay argues not today but Jill insists. Nikki comforts her friend.
Daniel's surprised by his mother's news about buying back the sketches from Billy, and wonders why she hasn't burned them, lol. She says she's trying to be nice. He kisses her cheek in thanks.
Funny scene with Jana and Kevin - daydream of Jana stretched out on the sofa surrounded by cash. He's struggling with his conscience.
Back to Lily and Billy chatting online. He tells her that just the once has he ever been crazy in love (Mackenzie, I guess).
Everything is falling into place for the RS photo shoot in Paris and Phyllis is getting ready to go surprise Nick. Comic scene with her and Daniel.
Billy (as Sonny) makes progress with Lily online. Kind of cute.
Nikki and Katherine discuss her situation and how they can fight it together and find a way to deal with it. Katherine agrees to taking the tests, but tomorrow, not today. Niiki will do her best to convince Jill to put this off for one day.
Ashley calls Nikki from the Pompidou to say she's at a dead end. Nikki begs her to carry on, not to give up looking for Victor.
Kay calls Marge to apologise for taking so long. Marge is drunk again, Kay says she'll be right there, she's on her way. While Nikki talks to Jill and the doctor about waiting a day, Kay sneaks off to go get Marge.
Jana speaks to Kevin about faith and an open mind and heart to get through life but he is confused, more and more every day, about who he is except for loving her. Great GR scene!!! (This is all about whether or not he gives the money back to Katherine. Jana still has no knowledge of him finding it yet.)
Lily and "Sonny" make a date to meet in real life.
Jana asks Kevin to trust her, they are all they need, not money, not anything else. After Jana leaves him, he calls Katherine, but Marge answers and says she doesn't know anything about any money.
Jill is pissed off with Nikki because Katherine is GONE from the hospital. "Are you satisfied, now, Nikki?"
Daniel tells Amber that Kevin told him the money was $10,000 and a whole week's worth of cash intake. Amber wonders why Kevin gave Daniel so much detail.
Phyllis leaves for Paris. Ashley, wandering around the streets outside the Pompidou, notices a street sign and arrow directing people to the Hotel Dieu. There is a red cross beside it, as in the Swiss flag. She looks at the prayer card she found under Victor's pillow and then back at the sign.
Next:
Jill is sitting at a table with Gloria and Jeff complaining to them that Katherine took off. Gloria tells her that Jeff saw her in a bar drinking. (He saw Marge.)
Jack asks Adam what HE is going to tell the authorities when they ask him about Victor's diary.
Katherine, now at Marge's place, wonders aloud where she could have left the money for the rehab. "Where could I have left it?"
Shelly, I just saw this and I replied to you at SOC. Anyway, I think that Phyllis is being written as a more sympathetic character now, softening her up, making her happy, carefree and looking so forward to surprising Nick in Paris. Then she gets there and that promo has her letting out a heartbroken scream!! She obviously sees or hears something that really, really upsets her. Now if Phyllis were being horrible to Daniel and lying and scheming, there wouldn't be much sympathy for her. This way, it's better drama.
I like Phyllis, so there isn't a big stretch for me to feel bad for her, but not so much for some others, judging from the nasty nicknames she gets at SOC, lol.
