Adam and Jack have to formulate a plan to deal with the FBI who have already contacted Adam. Uh oh. Nick and Sharon learn, to their surprise, that they are both in Paris and plan to get together for a cup of coffee. Both of them are a little too enthusiastic about meeting. (The beginning of the end, non?)
Kevin calls Katherine, gets Marge who is very drunk and inside a bar - the same old seedy one as before and Jeffery is there too, calls someone, presumably Gloria.
Kay picks up Marge and is driving her to the rehab. Flashback to the bar and Kay's cellphone sitting there. Meanwhile, Jill is frantic trying to reach her mother and wants to call the police.
Shelly, I just realised that someone new at SOC has recapped today's episode in a far more detailed style than the usual, so I'll stop here. If there was something salient left out, I'll add it later.
Ashley was praying at a fountain outside Notre Dame Cathedral and there he was standing behind her looking at her. She was praying to the patron saint on that card. It was a little creepy. He mumbled something to her and looked really grim.
Geez, I do NOT like this Kay story at all. Today she gave Marge some of her clothes to wear and a silk scarf from around her neck so Marge would look good for the rehab place. Then the 2 women get into a car accident. Duh. And we know there's going to be a funeral for Katherine, so obviously it's a case of mistaken identity.
Then another major bug for me today was the way that Nick and Sharon were so close when they met for coffee at a Paris cafe. It's a PLOT thing and has nothing to do with who Nick is now. I hate it.
One thing the SOC recap was unclear about is that Phyllis arrived at Nick's hotel suite but Nick was with Sharon at the outdoor cafe, so she did not hear Nick and Sharon having a conversation. And did the SOC recap mention that Nick's cell phone couldn't receive any calls, but could make them? I think that's relatively important for the way the plot is going to unfold later.
Oh yeah, and the MUSIC for the Paris scenes was really annoying! It was your typical chanson francaise. Yech, so cheesy.
Anyway, plenty happened today, and thank you for the compliment. :)
