Gloria and Jeff fuss around getting ready for the reading of the will. She's so nervous. Funny Jeff, lol. Nikki arrives at the Chancellor's, welcomed in cooly by Jill who is a bit of a wreck and then grumbles to Cane that she didn't want Nikki there. He comforts her.
Marge/Kay wakes up on Murphy's sofa and asks where she is, says she doesn't belong there. Murphy promises to take care of her. (She definitely knows there is something "off" about her being there.)
Ashley, Traci, Jack and Billy have an Abbot family breakfast with Ashley being her smug arrogant self. There was a brief John visit!! Jack rags on about Ashley and Victor. John speaks to Billy about where his loyalties lie, with Chancellors or Abbots. Billy talks about not feeling very important because of Cane and Kay was the only one who made him feel like he belongs. He knows he needs to figure out who he is. John vanishes and Billy joins the breakfast for a quick bite but has to rush over to the will reading.
Kay recalls Marge's voice telling her about Murphy. She remembers going there once before. Murphy insists her memory is on the fritz because of the booze.
Amber and Daniel arrive at Mrs. C's. Now Gina and Danny. Billy arrives, Brock and Nina there too. Billy asks ffpor Mac's address in Darfur, might visit her one day. Jill speculates with Cane that Katherine's drinking might have had her make some odd changes to the will. Mitchell calls everyone's attention, please be seated. And in flounces Gloria. Jill scowls at her, lol.
More nice Abbot breakfast chatter with Jack and his 2 sisters and another visit from John.
Mitchell reads the will!!
Brock -1% of her estate in trust for his good works, and he''s to be named chairman of the Chancellor Foundation. Jill beams.
Stepchildren, Danny Romalotti and Gina Roma 1/2 of 1% to each of them in cash.
Esther - 1/10 of 1% in trust so she can live her life in financial independence. AND 50% of her entire ownership of the Chancellor estate. Jill just about passes out!!! SO FUNNY!!
Jill pulls aside Mitchell and insists Katherine must have been drunk to have done that, Mitchell says nope, she was NOT and if she even considers contesting the will, the entire estate will be frittered away in long years of litigation. Jill's spitting angry now, lol. He says this document is as iron clad as it geys!
Mitchell calls all to continue the reading.
Nikki Newman - all her jewellery, including an emerald and diamond ring given to her by her mother. Flash over to Marge/Kay who has that ring on her hand!! As Murphy reads aloud an article about Victor's arrest, it twigs a memory for Katherine. Murphy notices the emerald ring on Kay's hand, asks to see it up close and concludes that she got it out of some gumball machine.
Back to the Abbots chatting away. John comes to Ashley and he warns her about Victor. Good advice from John for her to do what is best for her and Abby (regarding Victor). John asks Jack about Sharon, why is she missing from this family breakfast. John tells him he's too obsessed with winning at any cost and he could lose those things that are most important to him.
The will:
Ethan Ashby, William Foster Abbot, Mackenzie Browning and Philip Chancellor the IV , each of them 1/4 of 1percent in trust.
Amber Moore - 1/5 of one percent in trust so she and Daniel will never have to worry about funding their artistic pursuits, also the sole rights to her memoirs. Jill freaks at that!!
To Jill, the remainder of her her estate except for 5% of her shares in Jabot cosmetics.
Lastly to Gloria - her favourite Ming Dynasty vase as it was a gift from her late husband John Abbot.

And there's more, says Mitchell - the remaining 5% of her Jabot stock goes to Gloria!! Now Jill is REALLY pissed off!!!
Lots of hugs and kisses as all leave the Chancellors. Jeff congratulate Gloria who says "I guess it's take-over time".
Murphy and Katherine again. She says she has this stranger in her head and she doesn't understand what's happening to her.
Good Jack and Ashley bit as he tells her that no matter what happens with her and the moustache, he'll always be there for her. Ashley leaves and in rushes Glo and Jeff with their stock news. Jack's pleased.
Jill stops Amber, says she will NOT allow her to publish one word of that smut, never mind Katherine's will.
Jill is vile to Nikki as Esther gives her Katherine's jewellery box with everything in except that ring.
Alone with Cane. Jill seethes about the 5% of Jabot. She stops for a sec to enjoy that nobody is telling her what to do any more. it's time to step out of Katherine's shadow!
Murphy confuses Katherine even more by telling her that she's a waitress and actually lives in a boarding house. She says to herself that none of this seems right.
Gloria and Jeff celebrate with champagne. She gets a visit from John who asks her if she's proud of herself for putting one over on his friend. Yep, she is, lol.
Lots of John today. He's back with Jack now warning him to heed his advice. Jack says he's fighting to get Jabot back for the FAMILY, "our family".

Billy and Chloe - he asks her to tell Cane the truth. She says something back to him but I couldn't catch it. I'll try later.
Jack asks Ashley for the last piece of the puzzle, her proxy, and then they'll have dad's company back.
About the John appearances today, all the Abbot kids were thinking about their dad and each one imagined what he would say to them if he were still around. He congratulated Traci on her decision to move to NYC and blossom as she could never have done if she stayed in GC. Billy was musing about how he fit in and John told him it was time to stop flitting from party to party and figure out who he was going to be. Same old with Jack, and with Ashley, of course, it was all about Victor, the "man who she has loved for half of her life". Each of the 4 Abbots saw their dad separately, not all at the same time. He was still a figment of their respective imaginations. I didn't describe that very well. I hope it makes sense to you.
