Nikki and Paul wake up together, can't remember when she had slept so well. Kiss. She has to get up and dressed to meet the kids at the club. He's sorry that he and Heather aren't in good graces right now because he kept Nikki's confidence about Victor but he did the right thing.
Heather and Adam take a seat at GCAC for Thanksgiving dinner, both a little sad not to be with family, but they can make their own, says Heather.

At the Chancellor's, Cane and Chloe arrive, Chloe reminds her mother that she now owns half the house! Billy arrives too. Hugs.
Marge/Kay enters the diner on Murphy's arm. She doesn't remember anything at all about the place. Diner owner orders her to get to work, there are people waiting to eat. M/K looks bewildered.
Nikki and Paul again. He wants to keep their new relationship to themselves for now. She agrees as the kids have enough to deal with at the moment.
Jill tells Billy that she went to the graveside a while ago to have a chat with her mother, wipes away a tear. Billy very solicitous.
Marge/Kay struggles with her waitress duties, gets all sorts of it wrong. The chef yells at her to get it together or she's fired, she yells back at him not to use that tone with her, she is doing the best she can.
Neil, with Karen and the rest. Ugh, that kid. Toasts and cheers. Nothing much.
Back at the Abbots, Jack, Noah and Sharon finish dinner, Jack suggests that they watch the game for a while before dessert. Sharon pipes up that she has to take Noah to the club to be with Nick's family for dessert. Sad Jack. And quite tense there too.
Newmans gather at GCAC, Paul too joins them, pleases JT very much. Nick kisses Phyllis, says he loves her despite her cooking skills, lol. Daniel is spending the day with Amber who is cooking. Chuckles. Tense moment as Adam and Heather leave GCAC and Nick snarks at them.
Lily texts Billy, go for a post dinner walk. Jill comments that she didn't realise they were close, Billy says yeah, we're friends. (The scene from the preview where Chloe's jaw drops at that comment is NOT in today's episode!!) Chloe suggests that she and Cane stay for a while, surprises Cane with her thoughtfulness.
Back at the diner, M/K is still flubbing her way around. Pearl, another waitress, tells Kay she needs to stop hitting the sauce, she is not herself at all.
Lots of pleasantries at the Newman table until Paul asks about his future son-in-law, Adam. Nick offers up that he and Jack had to be in cahoots.
Traci calls Jack to wish them a happy day as Sharon gets ready to leave for the club with Noah. He tells her Ashley is in Europe for a couple of days, then he ducks into the dining room and whispers that everything is going pretty much as planned. Sharon leaves with Noah and the tension is mounting so much that Noah passes comment on it. Then he says "great, everyone will be together at the club except for grampa who is stuck in jai". Jack hears and makes a sort of pleased with himself face.
M/K is getting much better at the job, pleases Murphy.
Esther and Jill argue about their respective positions as part of Katherine's life. Jill says she's HAD it with Esther. E replies, "yeah, so what are you gonna do about it, kick me out? Well, good luck". Jill is not amused.
Back at the police station, Gil sees a notice about a missing child, Ana Hamilton. He recognises the picture immediately.
Billy arrives at the Winters. Neil isn't pleased to see him, suggests it's not a good idea to be so friendly with his brother's ex-fiancee. As Billy and Lily are about to leave for their walk, they encounter Gil and a woman from social services who have come for Ana who was reported missing by her mother, Yolanda Hamilton. Devon and Tyra try to explain the situation. Gil says he has no choice, these bulletins are to be taken very seriously.

Chloe announces that she is expecting a girl. Cane HUGS her, clearly really touched. Jill orders Esther to get a bottle of champagne to celebrate and Esther tells her that as co-owner of this house, she has fired herself and they are equals now. Scowl from Jill, lol.
M/K finishes her shift and thanks Pearl and Murphy for all their help. She had a really good day, tip-wise. Congratulations all around. M/K puts all her tip money into the jar on the counter says there are people who need this money more than she does, and besides, she has a pay cheque. If she's going to be a waitress, she will be the damn best one ever. Murphy takes her back to his trailer to soak her feet.
Adam gives Heather a present, mistletoe. Cute, kiss, they are each other's family now. How does she feel about a Christmas wedding? Kiss in agreement.
Sharon hangs around the Newman table as they all tell of their personal gratitude. At Phyllis' turn, Sharon bristles when P says she is thankful for her super sexy husband who makes her so happy.
Jack taunts Victor, or at least tries to. Ugh. Veiled threat from Victor. Ugh.
Ana's back at Neil's now. She has to be taken into foster care NOW. Sobs. Gill tells Tyra to hire a good lawyer.
Next:
Thursday (Wednesday Canadian) a special classic episode. Summer's birth in the elevator and a crash scene with sparks. Some female voice calls out for Daniel.
Friday (Thursday Canadian)
Michael warns Kevin that their mother will regret trusting Jack.
Gloria to Jack, "I'm the new CEO. We're clear on that, right?"
No, Gil is on okay guy, just doing his job. He said that if Tyra could say she was Ana's mother, he'd like nothing better than to walk away, but Tyra went on to say that she was her aunt and Yolanda was a drug addict. Of course, that kid playing Ana chewed up the scenery. Bryton did his best to save the scene, as did Nia Peeples and CSJ, but the whole thing was unbearable for me because I just can not stand that kid, Ana. Nor do I like the actress playing Tyra. She's a model not an actress, looks it, too. Just awful, IMHO. And those horrid nails of hers. Ugh.
I think this story is supposed to throw Neil and Tyra together as Karen steps aside to allow them to be a family, have Neil adopt the kid, Ana, marry Tyra. Wasn't that the point of having Olivia say yesterday that Neil shouldn't marry Karen? It was SO obviously a re-write as the PTB decided to write a story for Tyra when they brought her back. Just a couple of weeks ago, Olivia was busy trying to put Tyra and Gil together as she could see that Tyra could spell trouble for Neil and Karen. Duh. Talk about a 180 turn around for Olivia.
But, no, Gil is still a good guy, just doing a sad thing according to the rules. If casting had been done better, it actually could have been a good story. Surely to goodness there are other little girls out there who could have take on the role of Ana and ditto for Tyra. They have replaced Eden, why not those two?
yeah, I don't know why they even brought these two back. If it was to increase the African-American numbers on the show they could have done it in other ways. Yolanda wasn't as annoying as Tyra is.
