So Brooke Burke won Dancing With The Stars last night and that gets my official "Load of crap" award. Now let me say this, Brooke Burke MAY have actually won the competition but not with the way this thing was judged. The judging was freakin' horrible. Seriously, could those three have had their heads more shoved up their butts when it came to Brooke's dancing.

Let me say this. Brooke Burke did a good job, and she's hot, so that helps her votes a bit as well. She was not and is not the end all be all dancer of this season. She was no more impressive then Lance or Warren. Hell at times, Cody was better then her. But the show counts those judges scores and frankly, they shouldn't. Brooke had a horrible dance comparatively 3 weeks ago and what was the score? 10, 10, and 9. She didn't deserve it. Not with the way they were judging everyone else's dances that night. It truly makes me wonder if ABC has vested interest in Brooke and if we'll see her in some drama/sitcom show coming down the pike.
Seriously, all of that completely tainted my view of this show. Of course the inclusion of comedy and waste of time Cloris Bleachman didn't help either. She's funny but holy crap her dances were a waste of time. Again, not her fault and what happened wasn't Brooke's fault. It's the judges and the producers that will ultimately ruin this show.

Yes, for sure, Brandon. Ted and I were really disappointed in the outcome last night. Brooke's dancing was good most of the time and all, but I thought Lance was so much more entertaining and technically better. And Warren in second place? Again, he seemed to draw in the crowd, but he's flat footed for heavens sake.
ABC is a Disney company. Disney always has an agenda. They brought out that vile Cyrus kid with her grown up gyrations and caterwauling. It's embarrassing, to say the least.
One saving grace for DWTS is that it doesn't have dead bodies and blood. I'm somewhat grateful for that.
I was really disappointed with the scoring on that group dance they did. Lance should have come out on top in that one. There is no way that Brooke should have gotten a higher score then him. I agree that her free style dance was really good. But to be honest all those flips shouldn't count as dancing. I mean this isn't a gymnastics show. I definitely was shocked that Lance didn't make it into the bottom 2. Him and Lacey were awesome. If I would have known this was the outcome I would have gotten off my arse and voted.
And Brandon I completely agree with you about Cloris. I think that the female judge said it best when she said "we lost Toni Braxton for this". It was just like when Jerry Springer lasted as long as he did.
I do think that Brooke was a good dancer, her footwork was good. But I found she was too stiff too many times.
LOL, Bran. Yes, we were cringing when she was on. She used to be such a dignified lady. Now, just ugh. Maybe she ran up too many yacht mortgages and needed the gig.
I don't mind that Brooke Burke won because I thought that she was consistently better than the others, and I just LOVE Derek. However, I do agree that Lance Bass should have been in second place, even though Warren Sapp is lovable. That was disappointing. I don't think that Warren Sapp would have begrudged Lance second place, and I think that they were both surprised that it worked out the way it did. After all, Warren expected to be gone after the first week! LOL...
I though that Cody did a great job, but I think he lost his momentum when Julianne had to leave for her surgery.
By the way, Jim and I fast-forwarded past all of the Cloris stuff, and other miscellaneous dancing. That show could have been done in thirty minutes, and we didn't have time for anything but the bottom line!
