Hey all! Just wanted to see how everyone's Christmas shopping is going.
I'm about 95% done with mine. I went last Friday to Walmart, and got Jackson all taken care of, as well as my brother and sister in law. I have one more gift to get my nephew, and a few close friends gifts are almost taken care of as well. That leaves my mother and father, and I plan on sending them each some steaks. They are both stubborn and do not want me to get them anything, but I don't think I can let Christmas pass without getting them a little something!
Yep, Walmart has a Garmin GPS on sale for 97 bucks. Gonna get it for my sister. And Jolene needs a new DVD player for the truck and they have Toshiba's on sale for 49. So I will be waiting at 5 in the morning....JOY...
Ack, nowhere near done. I ordered 4 seats in the orchestra for The Sound of Music for my parents, Ted and I will take them to see it at the Princess of Wales Theatre here in town, I got sweet little heart shaped footstools for a couple of girlfriends and one for me here, a candy striped play dress for Vanessa that her mommy picked out, and a dump truck for Q. I have no idea what to get the guys or my d-i-l.
Wow, that just sounds awesome. My mother would love to see that. I wish it was available in Phoenix. I may need to look into it. Though I suspect my dad wouldn't want to accompany her to that.

Shelly, that's a great deal on the Garmin! My sister in law has been looking for one for my brother, and has been on the lookout for good deals.
I went to KMart this morning for their 2 board games for 1 sale. I got Jack a Battleship and Sorry. He was with me, and never saw them in the cart, or saw them at the checkout. I am good. LOL.
