Nick questions Brad about why he is there in NYC, Sharon says she can handle Brad by herself and she'd like to talk to him alone. Brad then says to Nick that he should ask his wife why he is there. Nick scowls. (Nick's flight was delayed because of weather, so he's stuck there for a while.)
Jack's finished his photo shoot at RS and notices that Phyllis is a bit too smug about Nick and Sharon together in NYC, figures she's up to something. Nick calls his wife and asks her about Brad's presence at the very hotel he and Sharon had stayed in.
Adam tells Rafe (the lawyer kid) that he believes his father will come through for him at the end, as he always does for his kids. He won't let him go down for this (the diary thing). Meanwhile, Heather informs Victor that they want to cut Adam a deal and avoid a trial and taxpayers' expense. Adam then explains to Rafe his belief that all Victor wants is for him to roll over on Jack. Rafe gives him a wake-up call, Victor is NOT coming to his rescue.
Phyllis lies to Nick, says she talked to Brad another occasion and hangs us quickly because Jack walked back into RS. She said she offhandedly may have mentioned Sharon's divorce.
Brad tells Sharon that he would have come to her anywhere, that this is finally their chance (to be together). Sharon is not enthusiastic.
Victor tears strips off of Heather, says she needs to go after Jack, the real culprit, not his son.
Jack puts together Phyllis' involvement in his marriage break-up, Brad's presence on so many occasions, etc, that she PLANNED this. Phyllis gapes.
Sharon's pissed off with Brad for lying to her about how he met her there, sends him off. Brad confronts Nick, says he's an idiot for listening to his wife, spills everything about Phyllis's activity, the credit card bill, the phone calls, all of it. Sharon is there too, hears it all. (Uh oh.)
Geez. Abby and Ashley talk about how Victor bought her a new $1 million horse. Victor's all smiles and happy, happy, sends Abby off to see Noah with a kiss, my darling. Blech.
Adam thinks he can get Jack to talk and calls him, but Jack ignores it as he's yelling at Phyllis about her hand in his marriage mess. Very good scene!!
Back in NYC, Sharon and Nick discuss the recent revelations and Sharon tries to be stoic and philosophical. He apologises to her for Phyllis, damn her, how could she do that, she had no right. Sharon responds, "yeah, she had every right".
I feel so bad for Phyllis. I mean yeah she should have known better, but I don't blame her for grasping at what she could to save her marriage. After all she knows that faithfulness isn't Nick's strong suit.
More yelling between Jack and Phyllis as she defends herself for her actions. Another really good scene!!
Sharon says Phyllis was defending her marriage to him because she feels threatened by their connection (Sharon and Nick's). Nick is in no mood to forgive Phyllis while Sharon understands the motives and is somewhat sympathetic.
Abby arrives at CL meets Noah and Eden, gushes about her Olympic winner horse..
Heather arrives at the jail, meets Adam and Rafe, explains the deal that the state is prepared to offer him. She stuns him with the news that any deal they offer him, according to Victor's wishes, would include jail time.
More Jack and Phyllis going after each other. Wow! Jack sees that Phyllis is scared to death of losing Nick, threatens to test her relationship with Nick the same way she tested his marriage. (Such amazing stuff today!!)
Eden is appalled by the cost of Abby's horse, calls Abby an airhead princess. (And she is right, lol.)
18 months and full restitution of the money he got from the magazine. Adam is upset!! Heather does her best to convince him to take the deal.
Back at GCAC, Ashley asks Victor how he can buy one of his children a million dollar horse while he sends another one of his to prison.

The scenes today with Jack and Phyllis are SO good! She really lets him have it and he does the same. I know what Phyllis did was a little sneaky/bad, but she defends herself awfully well today and I hate that this is going to cause a huge fight between her and Nick. Thank goodness a spoiler says they DO get over it and reconcile.
Spoiled brat Abby joins Ashley and Victor for dinner at GCAC. (What a horrible twit that girl is.) Victor asks Abby to call him "dad". Ashley hesitates to agree, says they'll talk about that later.
Adam takes the deal. Sad. Rafe says "good". Heather agrees to add in time served, leaves, breaks down in tears.
Sharon urges Nick to give Phyllis a chance. He's pissed off that Phyllis doesn't trust him.
Brad calls Phyllis, all snarky and cranky. She learns that Brad told Nick and Sharon everything. Poor Phyllis is not too happy so she calls Nick. Nick's not there at his phone so Sharon answers it. Phyllis asks why she is answering her husband's phone and Sharon tersely explains that Nick went out to see if their car was there yet, that they are on their way home, and hangs up. Phyllis is really upset now.

Kevin screams at Amber that she is going to get him arrested. Amber says that is the plan.
Phyllis to Nick "I would do anything to protect my marriage". Nick, "there is no way I am going to let you off the hook for it".
I meant to say that Sharon and Nick are like the junior version of Victor and Nikki. Each have loves outside of each other but will eventually find their way back...Gets kind of old
Blech to that, then. It IS old. I'd rather have Phyllis get fed up and dump Nick for sniffing around his ex all the time and take up with someone new rather than have Nick and Sharon back as a couple leaving Phyllis in the cold.
Oh, I meant to mention today that we're beginning to see what a "lovely" job Ashley has done raising that kid of hers. OMG, what a vile, vacuous little twit. Loved how Eden put her down over that horse Victor bought for her - $1.4 million worth. Just ugh.
