Victor and Victoria prepare for a NE board meeting, Victor wants to get rid of Brad Carlton. Brad can't get into the Board of Directors website, Victor admits to having blocked it as he is no longer a family member and he is to be OUT. Brad objects big time.
Nikki and Paul arrive at CL, happy news that RS latest issue is a big hit. Nikki wants the next issue to bed a tribute to Katherine. Paul stops by to ask Daniel about that woman claiming to be Mrs. C, he is after the truth, and if it's a hoax, it has to stop now.
Amber comes to Murphy's trailer, hugs greeting with Kay and a warm welcome, but Kay is still tormented by her loss of memory. Amber urges her to see a doctor.
JT suggests to Victoria that Brad will be in for an all out war over the board seat. She agrees that this could get really ugly.
Brad, with Abby and Colleen at GCAC offers the three of them take a vacation together, failing that, anything the girls need, he's there, that's what dads are for.
Victor shows up at a school meeting for Abby's classes, surprises Ashley. She smells a little trouble coming over Victor's new fatherly gestures regarding Abby.
Amber and Murphy argue with Kay about seeing a specialist, it could be the only way she can find her way back home.
Paul has the address of Murphy's trailer, Kevin and Daniel confirm that's where Mrs. C lives.
Abby tells Brad about the parent conference at her school, happening right now. Brad rushes off to join Ashley there, pissed off he wasn't told about it. Meanwhile, Victor introduces himself to the headmaster as Abby's father.
JT and Victoria arrive at GCAC, greet Abby and Colleen, along comes Nikki. Victoria and her mother comment on how Victor is all about Ashley and Abby now, and when was the last time anyone heard him say Sabrina's name.
Murphy makes an appointment for Kay with a doctor at an out of the way clinic. Amber gives her a pep talk, more hugs, and off they go. Daniel tries to get Kevin to forgive Amber for all her crazy accusations so they can work together proving she is Mrs. C.
Paul spies Kay through the trailer window, drops jaw.
Brad bursts into the parent conference, asks them to start at the beginning, he needs to hear everything. Victor scowls.
Paul pretends to be a pre-census taker. Murphy lets him in and answers questions about who lives there, says he has a temporary house guest, has for about 2 months. At the end of the interview, Paul has Murphy sign the form, then carefully takes the pen for fingerprints.
Kay and Amber, at the clinic. Doc will run a battery of tests, Amber offers to pay for them as "Marge" has no insurance.
Daniel and Kevin make plans to track down the ring Kay pawned.
Confrontation with Brad, Victor and Ashley over handing over not only his daughter, but his seat on the board. Ashley rolls her eyes. Later, Ashley appeals to Victor to take Abby's feelings into consideration as Brad is the only father she has ever really known.
Back at GCAC, Brad rejoins Colleen and Abby and wants both girls to move in with him. Colleen rushes off to class. Abby declines Brad's offer says she prefers the ranch with maids, cooks and horses. (I actually feel sorry for Brad here!!) Ashley snarks at Brad, says she WILL NOT stand around watching him and Victor play tug of war with HER daughter. She storms off. Brad calls his lawyer and has him file for sole custody of Abby.
Victor tells Victoria and JT to dig up whatever dirt they can on Brad to use against him, get him off the board. She's a bit hesitant, afraid of Brad's reaction, should they even risk it?
KAy asks Amber where she got all the money to pay for all these tests. Amber tells her about her legacy and she's happy to give it all back to her. Doc comes in, mentions Altzheimers disease as a possibility.
Paul joins Nikki again, gently mentions that Marge could be Katherine, that Murphy is a stand-up guy, not a con man. He wants her to go back to the trailer with him to speak with that woman and she agrees, but it will be the last time she'll ever lay eyes on that impostor.

Amber, Jana, Kevin and Daniel get set to break into that pawn shop and take back Mrs. C's ring.
Nick overhears Phyllis asking Brad to take one more go at Sharon before she makes another play for her husband. (It looks like Nick has some kind of listening device.)
Heather says to Victor that she still believes he's guilty and she'll keep looking for proof.
Yeah, UGH for sure. Nick and Sharon are supposed to hit the sheets together in early February, at a cabin (Jack's?). And here Phyllis was right all along, being worried about her husband and his ex. I hope Nick at least gives her credit for that.
Too bad that now that I'm beginning to enjoy Brad again, and feel sorry for him (!!!) he's about to leave for good.
