Jack visits Gloria in jail, hands her his civil suit, huge amount, but it can all go away if she sells him all of her shares in Jabot. She refuses.
Kay and Murphy at the trailer as he tells her about the census-taker (Paul) coming back to interview her.
Daniel, Jana and Daniel discuss breaking into the pawn shop. Enter Jill, then Amber who tries to talk to Jill about "Marge" being her mother, but Jill holds fast that she is an impostor.
Phyllis and Nick at RS, happy, happy that RS is doing so well. He wants to contact Sharon at Jack's ski cabin about a Noah issue, slightly annoying Phyllis. (Apparently cells phones up there do not work and he might have to drive there to speak to her.) Sharon remembers kissing Brad and declaring that she doesn't love him as profoundly as he says he does her.
Nikki and Victor have a cold exchange about Adam pleading guilty. Nasty Victor.
Heather and Paul discuss his Katherine case, that he's taking Nikki there today to see the woman for herself. She still has feelings for Adam, is having trouble with that, especially because Adams's rotting in jail and Victor has his life back even though Palin's cause of death had been declared undetermined by the Mexican police.
More nastiness between Nikki and Victor. She warns him that what he's doing with Ashley and Abby is bad although she is happy about his relationship with Nick and Victoria.
Sharon reads a faxed message from Nick about Noah and the ski club, then flashes back to her marriage to Nick, their split up, then Paris. She tears up.
Noah arrives at RS, talks to Nick about Sharon going to the cabin, happy that the two of then are still friends. Phyllis takes a fax from Nick to Sharon about Noah and pockets it.
Paul with Nikki at the trailer, explains to Murphy who he really is and why he's there, aplogises for lying before. Enter Katherine.
Phyllis is upset about the communications between Nick and Sharon, faxes back and forth. Jack, who had come to RS to pick up Noah, notices it. Phyllis leaves and calls someone (Brad?) to meet her at a bar in 10 minutes.
Jana, Amber, Kevin, Daniel discuss breaking into the pawn shop again. Kind of cute.
Gloria watches TV news. Andrew Gibson is on talking about petitioning for the death penalty in Wisconsin. Jill enters, wants to buy back her mother's shares of Jabot, will make her a better offer than Jack. Gloria tells her to GET OUT!! Gloria's freaked. AS Jill leaves, she runs into Jeff, offers him the CEO position at Jabot if he talks Glo into selling her that 5%.
Gloria tells Jeff she will NOT sell her stocks until they strap her in the electric chair and thanks to Andrew Gibson, they just might do that. LOL, now Jeff wants her to sell HIM her stocks.
Lights flicker off and on at the cabin. Sharon recalls her marriage to Jack, the good and the really bad.
Jack and Noah at CL, warm talk about the divorce, Sharon etc.
Phyllis meets Brad at the bar. Just before she's at the table, Brad calls Nick and leaves his phone on so that Nick can hear the exchanges between him and Phyllis. Brad says nothing to Nick on the phone, but Nick listens intently. Brad, the snake, lol, makes it sound as if he and Phyllis meet like this all the time, and that in itself piques Nick's interest enough for him to keep on listening.
Nick listens as Brad and Phyllis have a rather unpleasant talk about Sharon and the cabin. Ugh. Nick winces a lot. Brad is smug and oily, nasty, says if he and Sharon DO get together, it will be in spite of her (Phyllis) not because of her. Ugh.
Heather stops by Victor's office to tell him that the Mexican authorities have stopped investigating Palin's death, but she will not. He's amused.
K,J, D and A head off for their pawn shop caper.
Nikki will not believe Katherine at all, calls her a con artist and storms out of the trailer, Paul follows.
Jack gets served with divorce papers.
Paul and Nikki back at CL as he tries to convince her that the woman IS Katherine, he is so sure of it. She won't be conned again because of what David did to her. Paul says her radar is OFF.
The kids at the pawn shop alley, lol. Kevin cut the alarm system off but now there's a growling dog, lol. Funny.
Gloria contemplates her options selling off the stocks and along comes Victor! HE has an offer for her she can't refuse.
Brad and Phyllis argue. Nick appears at the bar! Surprise!! (Oh, mean Brad, lol.)
