RS office, Nick and Phyllis, tense. He spent the night on the couch apparently.
Billy and Kevin verbally spar, Lily's there too at CL as she is looking for a part time job. Billy says he can get her a job as a waitress, calls Jimmy and arranges for Lily to go for the job.
Esther visits Chloe and Cane but has to dash off to meet Roger. Chloe asks Cane to go to lunch with her mom and "Mr. Wonderful". He says he feels like an idiot doing that but Chloe is very suspicious of the guy, so Cane agrees to tag along and Esther sort of agrees, but not too thrilled about it, lol.
Clint and Roger scheme to "move in for the kill".
Michael calls Kay at the trailer with news that the judge has denied the DNA test, and now the ring proof has turned into a dead end. KAy figures she could get into her old medical records, somehow.
Amber is excited that they found out who has Mrs. C's ring. Uh oh. She left her phone in the pawn shop, lol.
More tension between Nick and Phyllis over Sharon. Nick continues to deny he has any romantic ideas about her, Phyllis agrees but Sharon does have, etc.
Billy recognises Chloe is worried about something. Yep, about Roger and her mom.
Creepy Roger joins Cane and Esther at that bar, Jimmy's, I think. Cane offers Roger a different job in C E, in Minneapolis, but Roger passes, says he has everything he wants right here. Cane is now more suspicious than ever.
Amber begs Kevin to go get her phone, so off they go but Kevin is not happy about it.
Lily arrives at Jimmy's bar, sees Cane, tells him Billy found this place for her to work.
Ack, slow day here. More Chloe and Billy chatting at RS as she recalls a Valentine breakfast with Billy all cosy and lovey dovey.
And more tension with Phyllis and Nick. He rolls his eyes at her.
Amber and Kevin arrive at the trailer. Kay thanks him for bailing her out and getting Mike to help her. They tell her they found out who bought her ring, that they broke into the pawnshop, lol. Cute scene.
Jimmy introduces HERself to Lily (yep, a lady) and she hires her to bartend and wait tables. Cane will coach her in mixing drinks.
Filler junk with Chloe and Phyllis, Nick and Billy. Both Nick and Phyllis are uncomfortable with what's happening in their marriage.
Kevin comes clean with Mrs. C about that money he used being hers and that he tried to give it back the night of the accident but nobody was there, then she "died", so he kept it, and offers to pay it all back, but Kay refuses to accept any of it. Really good scene.
Ugh, Roger and Esther, all googly-eyed, lurve, lurve. Poor Esther!! Cane helps Lily mix drinks to show Jimmy that she can do it. Back at RS, Billy gets very uncomfortable when Chloe has a moment when the baby does somersaults inside her. He leaves quickly to go meet Lily.
Gil, the cop guy, tells Kevin that the owner of the pawn shop wrote down the licence plate number of a car parked outside his store last night, registered to Kevin Fisher.
Roger proposes marriage to Esther, right in front of Billy and Cane as both guys gasp and object but Esther accepts.
Nick and Phyllis make up, sort of. They head home to make love.
Alright, so do you also get the possible romantic vibe from Kevin and Amber. I mean with Daniel going out soon and Jana being kind of boring I could see them going there. I mean they are spending loads of time together with this Kay stuff.
Jimmy changes her mind about hiring Lily, realised she was relying on Cane to help her make the drinks. Billy texts Chloe about Roger and her mother, in comes Cane. He knows something is very wrong about this quickie romance and marriage thing. Clint lurks in the background, all pleased that Roger is on track, mumbles something. (Scenes switched quickly from Cane's house to Jimmy's bar.)
Amber and Kevin with Gil. Her cell phone is at the police station as evidence. Gil will continue to collect evidence and the next time they talk to him, it'll be downtown.

Brad says that he has a binding agreement that guarantees him immunity from prosecution. Victor says that his daughter protected him, but he will not. Victoria's there but says nothing.
Katherine arrives at someone's home or office (it looks like Kevin's apartment). A man I don't recognise calls her Mrs. Chancellor and he thought she was..."Six feet under?' cuts in Kay.
Alright, so do you also get the possible romantic vibe from Kevin and Amber. I mean with Daniel going out soon and Jana being kind of boring I could see them going there. I mean they are spending loads of time together with this Kay stuff.
They ARE spending lots of time together, but I don't see romance there, just friendship. Their scenes today with Gil, the cop, were cute and really well done. There's a vibe developing alright, but I really hope they don't screw around with Kevin and Jana.
One thing that was really emphasised today was the connection between Chloe and Billy. That's bound to explode soon.
