Jack asks Gloria about buying her shares of Jabot. She tells him she sold the shares to someone else.
Victor is pissed off that Jill turned up at his door. He told her to implement the plan, NOT come to his house. He reluctantly lets her in when she says it's urgent and she understands that Ashley doesn't have a clue he has controlling interest in Jabot. Victor isn't happy with her desire to place Cane as CEO rather than Billy.
Chloe and Cane yap about Billy, Jill and the meeting.
At the Carlton house, Billy visits Lily before his meeting with his mother, then postpones their cabin tryst for another time so she can hang around and look after Colleen. Colleen gets a call from Brad's lawyer, they are reading his will next week.
Cane's getting into Chloe's plans for the nursery, as they get along quite well together. He's smiley and excited about their baby coming soon. An almost kiss good bye moment as he heads off to the meeting with Jill and Billy. After he's gone, she says aloud that her life is now officially a charade.
Gloria recalls Victor's offer for her shares, the anonymous off shore account. Jack swears he will bury her if she ever gets out of there when she refuses to tell him who she sold the stock to.
Jill argues with Victor who says Billy must be named as CEO. It will divide the Abbotts, if Cane is CEO it will not, you got that?
Victor calls someone he needs to see this afternoon. He will send a car now.
Kevin visits his mother in jail. Gloria rattles on that when she gets out of this place, she'll have no one on her side, no one except for Katherine, then urges Kevin to continue helping Kay reclaim her life and foster Katherine's belief that the two of them are best friends.
Colleen, Tracy, Lily, and Ashley at CL talk about losing Brad. Cane overhears Lily telling the ladies that her trip with Billy has been postponed. Small conversation between Lily and Cane about her trip with Billy as they agree not to discuss her relationship with him any more.
Jill lectures Billy about his betrayal earlier (to the Abbott camp) and that is why she is now naming him as CEO of Jabot. She feels she drove him into their arms and she won't make that mistake again. Billy scowls, is speechless. Enter Cane as Billy leaves in a hurry.
Chloe is having second thought about her choice to name Cane as baby daddy. She day dreams about both Cane and Billy talking to her about it. "Cane" advises her to tell Billy the truth. Nope, she made her choice and she's stickin' to it.
Jack tries to learn who it is that Gloria sold her shares to. So far, no luck, enter Tracy and Ashley who join in the discussion. Ashley is POSITIVE that Victor would NEVER buy the Jabot stocks because it would hurt her. (*snort*) Jack disagrees.
Victor's mystery guest arrives at his office. He has big plans for her.
Jill explains to Cane that the new silent partner insists that Billy be CEO of Jabot. Pissed off Cane!!
Bllly joins the Abbots, gives them the news that Jill wants HIM as CEO, but otherwise nothing else at Jabot will change. Tracy smells a rat, says they MUST find out who bought the swing votes. Billy recalls his meeting with Victor and intimates that Victor could be involved. Ashley and Tracy reason that it probably isn't Victor because he would NEVER remove Ashley from her job, he'd remove Jack and Billy first. Jack admits he could be wrong about Victor after all.
Meanwhile, Victor meets with mystery woman, fills her in that Jack is on his own again. He tells her he'll handle everything, is she in?
Kevin has major doubts about helping Gloria with this duping of Katherine. She works on him, over and over, says she can make it up to him, needs his help this one last time. He sighs, then nods.
Tracy hugs girls and prepares to leave GC/ Enter Billy, hugs Colleen goodbye as she's leaving for Italy to see her grandmother. Lily is shocked that Billy was named COE rather than Cane.
Ashley tells Victor about the Jabot shake-up. He plays dumb completely, says who the hell would do something like that (regarding Billy and Ashley losing her job).
Chloe sympathises with Cane over his disappointment. He says he expected back-stabbing from Billy, but not his mom. Hug and another almost kiss.
Lily suggests to Billy that they celebrate his appointment and go to the cabin anyway since Colleen is gone to Italy.
Kevin calls his mother a bad luck charm and he can't take the risk of being her accomplice any more. (Thank goodness, Kevin!)
Jack visits Jill, pries about the secret partner but gets nowhere just yet. (Good scene!)
Victor says he'll find out for Ashley who bought the swing votes, makes her all happy and confident and she agrees to meet him in the bedroom for a romp. He then takes a call from mystery woman. "I'm in." Victor will be in touch.
